| ingredients sponge mix 200g water 50ml eggs 4 oil 50ml pink colour essence 1 tsp |
| combine above ingredient together, except oil beat at high speed for 5 minutes till mixture is stiff Add oil and mix well, bake for half an hour and cut some layers |
| filling freshcream 250lm water 50ml mousse powder 50g strawberry/ peaches/ orange segment |

| whip fresh cream till strff, add mousse , water and pink colour , apply to sponge cake |

| decorate with fruits and chill |
