staffed squid with tomato sauce
ingredients;
2 squid (small)
265g tomato sauce
1 bay leaves
1 chilly
1pic garlic finely cut
1tbs olive oil
salt &  pepper
powder cheese if required
for sprinkle
for stuffing
1/2cup  bread crumb
1/4cup powder cheese
1tsp finely cut parsely
2 slice ham cut 5mm cube
1 egg
1.mix all stuffing ingredients except egg and once mix well add the egg
   and put into half of squid and skewer through the end by toothpick
   cut slightly surface of stuffed squid cross stripes
2. put olive oil into pan and add garlic and chilly for aroma cook squid
    for 3 mints each side then add sauce and bay leave and simmer
    for 10 mints and seasons
