| Grunt and Beans Salad |
| 1 grunt (2 fillet and cut in chunks) 1tsp white wine vinegar 100g snow beans blanched, chilled and drained 100g french beans blanched, chilled and drained 2 tomato blanched, chilled and drained dessing 4 tbs olive oil 2 tbs white wine vinegar 1/2 tbs mustard 1/2 piece garlic grated 1 tsp ginger grated honey, salt and pepper |
| the material of the dressing is mixed. first sprincle salt and pepper onto grunt, put olive oil to pan and heat, and cook until golden brown colour and splash on to white wine. put veg. and dessing to the bowl and mix well. veg. put onto plate, and place grunt on the veg. |
