100g egg          70g caster sugar
35g flour          35g strong flour
60g butter       10cc lemon juice
1 apple
A caster sugar and lemon juice for
    marinated apple
1 peel apple and cut divided 8 pieces and sliced 5 mm then marinate with A
2 mix egg and sugar well
3 add stiffed flour and fold
4 add butter and lemon juice mixture to 3
5 pour into tin and lay apple and bake 160 c for 15minuits , increase to 180 for 13 minuits then 200c for 10muinit
