pinapple tarts
ingredients;
flour  250g     butter  170g
eggs york   2        vanilla essence  1tsp
sugar powder 2tsp  

pinapple jam   ready made 500g
3 pineapple       300g rock sugar
mix flour and butter together, add eggs and mix into a dough roll pastry and wrap with jam, bake for 20 muints at 180c

grate pineapple and add sugar cook till
slightly dry, leave to cool
