pandan kaya cake
ingredients:
sponge mix  300g   fresh or coconut milk  30ml
eggs    4  oil    30ml
pandan paste  1 tbs    
coconut 900ml
(500ml  coconut 400ml water)
sugar  200g bean pawder 80g
agaragar pawder 1/4 tsp
salt     instant jelly 1tbs
cocnut essence  1tsp   pandan paste 1tsp
desiccated coconut  100g
corn flour 20g lemon yellow colour
1 combine eggs and optima flour by whisk few minuits
add milk and pandan little while add oil bake for 15 to 20
minuits at 180c
2 combine ingredients together cook untill mixture thicken
3 cut and trim the edge put setting ring
sandwhich 1 and 2 then cover up by 2 and make a pattans and leave to set in the fridg
