Milk Pudding
serves 5 to 6
ingredients :
350cc  milk
320cc  fresh cream
9 tea spoones tea leave
80g      sugar
1          vanila beans
1 & 1/2 tsp amaret
           gelatine
[A}]  caramel sauce:
100g  sugar
40cc  water
50 to 60cc boiling water
soak gelatin into water
1  put tea leave into sauce pam and pour boiling water lid on top, leave for 3 mits
2  put milk, cream sugar, vanila beans on to sauce pan and heat, boiling point off the heat, add gelatine and strain in to bowl.
3  leave cool no 2 w bowl  put on the the other bowl w ice & water (pinch of salt if need), star sometimes add liqueur.
4  if its cool enough put into serving glass, leave in the freg.
5  make caramal sauce w A ingredients
put sugar & water into the pan make brown colour, off the heat, stair boiling watter little by little and make its cold.
6  put No6 onto No5
