mango mirror cake
ingredient:
350g optima flour  100g oil   6 eggs
2 tsp water   1tsp vanilla

filling :
150g  mango puree  300ml fresh cream
10g gelatine    30g sugar
1/2 tsp mango essence

topping:
2 tbs instant jelly    80g sugar
1/4 tsp mango essence   400ml water
mango slice     rosted almond slice
mix flour, eggs, water and vanilla togerther and beat
unitll stiff.
add in oil and bake 15mints for 2 times 2 layers

for filling soak gelatine with 4 tsp water and cook,
add sugar, puree and essence pour into whip cream
after whip take out 1 cup leave aside for decoration

topping cook all ingredience for topping and pour over
cake side decoration put some almond flakes or chocolater rice.
