Cake Lapis
ingredients
butter 500g
Sugar 200g
egg yolk  20
flour   150g
all spices 2tsp
condenced milk 300g
rum  1tbsp
stabilizer 2tsp
egg white 10
cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
sugar 50g
brandy 3to4 tbs
1. cream butter, milk and rum till creamy, leave aside
2. whisk egg-york w sugar and stabilizer till thick.
    add in butter mixture
3. whisk egg white, sugar and tarter till stiff.
   add to egg-york mixture,lastly add flour and mix well.
4. use 9" x 9" x 3" cake tin and grill layer by layer till all
    mixture is used up.
first and last layer put in over 150c around 10 to 20 min
last of layers put in grill or not nessecary to close the
oven door (first layer about 1/4 inc)
