Grilled Beef on Rice (Gyudon)
100g  sliced beef
1/4   onion
80g    shirataki
[A] :
2 tbs each  soy sauce, mirin
1/2    tbs sugar

rice
julian cut vinagaret ginger

1  slice onion 5mm wide
put shirataki into boiled water cook few seconds, strain and cut.
2  star fry beef w oil add no1 onion & shirataki, add A in fring pan cook until sauce reduced.
3  out rice into bowl and put grilled beef on top.
put vinegared ginger as a garnish.
