ingredients
flour  100g  butter oil 50g
sugar  100g  eggs  4
essence 1tsp 

pastry
butter  250g   sugar  100g
almond pawder  50g roast 5 to 10 minuits
egg  1  flour 500g
whisk egg and sugar till creamy add folur  and butter oil to fould
bake 180c 10 to 15 minuits
beat butter and sugar till white creamy add egg and flour
knead gently, place into tart mould, put som holes on bottlom
bake blind till golden brown 180c 20 to 25minuits
custard cream
water 500ml  sugar  100g
custard cream  100g  milk  500g
butter 50g   egg york  2
fruits
jelly topping
water 100ml   instant jelly 1.5tbs
sugar 20g
mix all ingredience into the boul boil above ingredients togerther till
thicken add 1 tsp vanila essence butte add later on
pour into pie shells , top with fruits and glace with jelly or napage by
appricot disorb in hot water
