| ingredients butter 250g flour 500g sugar 100g water 50ml filling water 200g milk 100ml sugar 60g egg 4 |
| cream butter and sugar till creamy for 10 minutes add flour and mix well, knead gently and put into tart mould bake about 150c (low heat ) untill slightly bake pour in filling and bake for 30 minutes or less untill cook |
| coconut tart |
| ingredients butter 60g sugar 120g egg 2 milk 50ml white coconut 1 yellow colour 1tsp |
| mix all ingredients together, pour into tart mould bake till golden brown |
