| ingredients; agar agar strips 1plt rose essence 2tsp water 1000ml rock sugar 350g |
| soak agar agar stips 30 min in water conbine above ingredients and cook for 2-3 hours using slow fire (untill string come like a neadles) pour mixture into mould, leave to set and next day dry in the sun. make into jelly drink with lime and ice after cook combine above ingredients and cook for about 20 to 30 mints untill desolved and shiff and put in the mould then leave to set |
