chocolate scones
ingredients
225g self-raising flour   60g butter
50g chocolate chips
1tsp caster sugar  150ml  milk
1. light grease a baking tray. place the flour in a
    mixing bowl. cut the butter into small pieces
   and rub it into the flour with your fingertips
   until the scone mixture resembles fine bread
   crums
2. stire in th caster sugar and chocolete chips
3. mix in enough milk to form a soft dough
4. on a lightly folured surface, roll out the dough
   to form a rectanglw 10 x 15cm about 2.5cm thick
5. place the scones spaced well apart on the prepared baking tray
6. brush with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven 220c for 10-12 minutes
   untill the scones are risin and golden
