grilled chicken w red wine sauce
ingredients   for 3 people
chicken legs  3
butter      25g
olive oil    50cc
salt & pepper to taste
thyme
strong flour
red wine sauce :
buquet garni
chunk of chicken w bone
red wine
shallots
chicken stock
1.put salt & pepper, thyme, butter,  flour into a pan
c hicken and quickly saute.
2.then chicken put into the oven at 180c for 25 min.
3.put the butte into a sauce pan and melt, add shallots and chunk of chicken saute then put buqet garni and pour in  wine and reduce. , add stock,cook for about 20 min.
4.when you take out the chicken out of the tray, scoop out chicken juice and put into the wine sauce and reduce again and then strain finely dice 25g of butter put into sauce.
5. serve everything hot.
