black forest cake
ingredients:
optima flour  400g   butter oil  100g
eggs   8     vanilla  1tsp
cocoa powder

topping
blackberry   1can   red cherries   100g
fresh cream   350g  chocolate flakes 100g
cornstarch  4tbs   rum essence 1tbs
take out sirop first for frain and cherries mako into half
juice and cornstarch mix well and cook until make thicken
and add in the cherries liquar 1 tsp and leave it cool
water 500ml and liquar 1 tsp and 1 tsp sugar become desolve after combine

whip cream and put aside
rest of cream add chocolate cream 100g and whip again
combine flour, egg and water beat untill creamy
add oil and bake for half an hour  150c (10 inch tin)
cut cake into 3 slices
sandwhich cake with cream and cherry filling.
dipping liquar mixture on the sponge by brush and spread the cream
combine cream and cherries and spread onto
put sponge again dipp liquar mixture and cream then cherry mixture
and same things untill finish for 3 layers coverd
the decorate on top
