Beef Stew
serve four
500g  lib steak
          thick gravy
         worcester sauce
1/2 tsp  salad oil
1 cup  red wine
[A] :
bay leaves
garlic
celery
few stalks parsley
1  cut beef 4 to 6 pieces and put salt & pepper, put heat pan and quick saute both side of beef, add red wine.
2  put all no1 into sauce pan add water and A heat just to boiling point, skim off well, lid on and reduce the heat then simmer.
3  if meat get tender enough, then sauce reduce until about 1 cup, add gravy and worcester sauce
cook meanwhile abd add salt and pepper as a teste adjustment.
