apricot pudding
ingredients:
1 tsp gelatine     8 oz water  
150g sugar   5 oz mash apricot
5 oz water  1 lemon
1 cup evap milk  1/4 tsp agar agar
1/4 tsp vanillin powder
combine above ingredients and cook till thicken.
once boil turn off the heat add milk , appricot and egg york colour
1 tsp condenced milk
pour into small cups and slightly cold then put in frig and set
