| Method Beat eggs and sugar till creamy, add flour and oil Mix well and bake for 15 minutes 150c put jam onto cake and make roll (for tightning to press by long knife pull top part of paper) and cut about 1cm slice and lay onto the boul |
| Filling Gelatine 30g Fresh cream 125g Sugar 50g Milk 125ml Fruits cocktail 1 small tin Cointreau 2 tbs |
| Method Dissolve gelatine and milk and leave aside mix and heat put sugar and cointreau by whisker then put aside and cool down whisk cream till stiff, add fruits and pour into a dish and set and put inside of boul cover rest of rolls on top put in freezer to wait for set |
