| This is a watercolour is of a beautiful part of the UK called The Vale of the White Horse, which is in Oxfordshire. It happens to be a particular favourite place of mine. Just above this view is the famous Uffington White Horse, which is carved into the chalk hillside! The sky on this particular day was spectacular! You could see for miles and miles over the patchwork of fields. I wanted to create the feeling of total space in this painting. I think I did!! |
