May 14 - Coral Cove to Miriam Vale (cont.)

We spent a bit of time inspecting our new golf course, too. We were of course particularly interested in the second hole. Here is a shot from the second tee.
From the 2nd Tee After taking care of business in Coral Cove, we left before lunch. We also had some business to tend to in Bundaberg. So off we went. Bundaberg downtown Bundy downtown 2
So after shopping in Bundy, we were on our way home, throught Gin Gin and after an anticipated lunch stop in Miriam Vale.
Miriam Vale's Restaurant The Muddy crab is revered here. We had sandwiches and salads of Muddy crab. Crab chair This is what the fuss is all about: a 6 and a half pound crab! 3 Kilo crab
Yes, the local crabs are this large. We have four crab pots. And every time we have dropped them in the Boyne river for a while, we have bagged at least one crab per pot!
