~make it alright~
March 12, 2002-- Sorry for such a delay in updates. I just finished the most horendous quarter of school ever. Keep in mind, I'm a freshmen in college enrolled in a 16-credit upperclassmen program. There are seniors who say this is the hardest course they've ever taken, and I'm just a few months out of high school! Most of this quarter centered around a group project of producing an ad campaign: a term paper, a tv commercial, a video news release, a press release, a website, a radio ad, a brochure and two 50-minute power point presentations. Since my group members slacked off, I had to do this presentation practically entirely on my own. I also had to choreograph a dance and attend dance team practices and co-coordinate the cheer squad. And I'm also very involved with my church. I haven't been home in two months, and I missed my father's 50th birthday because I was so busy. It was a really stressful quarter. I called my mother every day crying because I didn't know how I'd get everything done.
I just wanted to let you all know that's why I haven't updated. I don't mean to neglect this story, because I love it to death and I want people to read it. BUT- I'm paying an assload of money to go to school, and right now that comes first. I'm sorry if my lack of frequent updates causes confusion in the story- but this is my hobby, and my life has to come first. I'll try my best to update about once a week, but if that doesn't happen, don't bite my head off. There's probably a very good reason why I haven't updated.
