After finding out Jeremy was sick, they had
to put an IV needle in him for his around the clock
medicines. They had originally put on in this hand. But
this child was a sucker. The nurses joked that he came out
looking for something to suck on. So, when they put the IV
needle in his arm, he wouldn't leave it alone. He kept
sucking on it. The only other place to put it was on his
head. Try as he might, he couldn't get to it there.

This picture was taken on the day Jeremy got
out of the hospital. That was 11 days after his birth. So,
it isn't even close to being his first picture. But it is
his first professional picture. You can see how round his
face is. This child came out hungery and, to this day, has
eaten everything that has come close to him.

3
Weeks Old. This was taken on our first trip home to meet
family. He looks so little. Jeremy was a cuddly baby. He
always wanted to be held. As there first grandchild on my
side of the family, there was no shortage of people wanting
to comply.

Months Old. The rolls kept coming. It was months before we
could dig below all those chins and see that he really did
have a neck. He was rolly polly perfect.

6 Months Old He still has those
wonderful cheaks. As you can see in these
pictures, he was always read to pose for a
picture.

Months Old. Rounder and round he got. I was
totally in love with those thighs and cheaks (both
sets). We had bought this outfit a couple of weeks
before this picture was taken. But the time his
appointment came around, he was too big for it. We
had to go swap it out for a larger size.

9
Months Old. By this age he was an expert stander. He had
been doing it for months. Even though he would take a few
steps here and there and could go between furniture, he
would wait until his 10 month birthday to take off walking.
We were in trouble then because we learned that he was a lot fast
than we were.

11 Months Old I love these
pictures. You can see his rolls all over his body.
People would come up to us on the street and ask if they could hold
him or pinch
|
cheaks. He was always happy to let
them.
