304. Joseph Sr. Phipps died after 1769 in Orange County, North Carolina. He was married about 1749. Children were:

i. John Phipps.
ii. James, Sr. Phipps died in 1829 in Guilford County, North Carolina.
iii. Joseph Phipps.
152 iv. Benjamin Phipps.
v. Samuel Phipps died on 6 Apr 1854 in Alleghany County, North Carolina. He was buried in Alleghany County, North Carolina.
vi. Aaron Phipps died on 1 Aug 1840 in Guilford County, North Carolina. He was buried in UNKNOWN.
vii. Isiah Phipps died in May 1857 in Grayson County, Virginia. He was buried in Independence, Virginia.
