Do not claim that your layouts and graphics are yours when we have worked very hard and put all our time into making these graphics ourselves. Stealing is illegal and cmon .. common sense rude!!
You have to give us the credit for the work that we have done. You can put our button on your site or at least link us somehow and acknowledge people that we created your layout,bg, etc. You can also let us know if you're going to use one of our layouts and etc. It's a good way for us to know you're not stealing and also we can figure out what's popular and what's not. This site, of course, is for you guys.
DO NOT DIRECT LINK our graphics!! That is stealing bandwidth so it's wrong. You have to upload the work on your own site.
You can modify and customize the graphics to fit your site BUT to HAVE to still credit us and link us back if you are going to modify them.
You can't use our graphics for you own type of profit. You can reproduce the graphics in anyway. (for example: you cannot put our graphics on your site under your "free layouts section" and then credit us. You take our graphics, you actually use them).
