EXPERIENCE
| 8/2000 - Present | L3 Communications, Link Simulation & Training, Orlando, Florida |
Responsible for programming the Environmental Interrogator (EI) subsystem for the manned modules on AVCATT-A. I also played a key role in the enhancement of the Automatic Data Processing and Visual Presentation System (ADPS) on the Mine Warfare (MWSIM) program for the Belgian government.
| 3/2000 - 6/2000 | Raytheon, Houston, Texas |
I was primarily responsible for fixing Trouble Reports (TRs) for the Robotics subsystem on the International Space Station Simulator. I also assisted in the development and test of the Camera Class Object, the Video Blanking Interval Encoder (VBIE), and the interface between the Robotics Workstation (RWS) and the TRICK software. The simulation is written primarily in Ada, using an Object Oriented paradigm, with interfaces to C code developed by various partners.
| 12/1997 - 3/2000 | System One, Orlando, Florida |
Responsible for revamping the Master Control Console (MCC) application from CCTT for UKCATT. UKCATT is a real-time, fully interactive, training simulation for combat vehicle weapon systems as well as command and control systems. Multiple training sites will be networked together via a Wide Area Network (WAN). I was responsible for maintaining the MCC and the After Action Review (AAR) workstations. I integrated the use of Microsoft Access to generate reports and graphs using Visual Basic from the data exported by the AAR workstation.

System One, Orlando, Florida IBM / Loral Federal Systems, Orlando, Florida |
Played a key role in the design and development of the Master Control Console (MCC) for the Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT), a Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) system. The MCC is responsible for creating exercises for the simulated battlefield, as well as controlling multiple exercises during simulation. The MCC was developed in Ada utilizing the Rational Apex environment on an IBM RS6000 platform. I was responsible for maintaining the MCC and Operations Center (OC) workstations as well as the Plan View Display (PVD) application.
| 9/1992 - 12/1992 | IBM, Boca Raton, Florida |
Created a user interface for the ValueLine configuration setup. Created various maintenance and production tools to aid in the acceptance tests of the product line. Also aided in the verification testing of OS/2 2.0 SVGA graphics device drivers for the ValueLine.
| 1/1992 - 4/1992 | Siemens Stromberg Carlson, Lake Mary, Florida |
Wrote several programs that would automate the gathering of information from different sources at the site and collate the information into a more readable format. Retrofitted assembly fixes for errors and enhancements to the telephone system.
