Coach Oxford was my coach in middle school & we all remember him well. My prayers go out to his family. I truly know the pain you're going through. I just lost my Mom in July, she also battled cancer. I know there are no words to ease your heartache. May God be with you each & every moment.

I think of Jay every day and remember all of the wonderful times our PE department had together. I feel truly blessed for having the opportunity to teach with him for 15 years. Our school doesn't seem the same without him. He will certainly be missed but never forgotten.

Dear Sharon and Andrew,

Derek, Shannon, and I were truly saddened to hear of "Mr. Jay's" passing. Jay was a warm, kind, and generous man. His sense of humor was truly remarkable, and his relaxed way made everone around him - children and adults, feel comfortable. Through his choice of career and the way he lived his life, he made a difference in the lives of so many people. He will be greatly missed.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so deeply saddened to hear this weekend that Mr. Oxford had passed. He was a teacher of mine in 2001/2002 at Tuskawilla Middle School and always such a source of laughter in my day. He inspired me to persue the dreams I have to this very day. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and other pupils like myself who will truly miss this charismatic and genuine man.

Dear Sharon and family.
My heartfelt sympathy to you at such a difficult time. We met when Sharon and I worked together at JK Schofield. I remember that you and Jay were married just a few months before Jim and I were married. Jim passed away peacefully on October 29. I remember how happy we all were to have found the love of our lives. No words can heal the hole in your heart right now, but, in time if you would like to get in touch, you can get my number from the Hospice of the Comforter.
