This spring, the Canadian Baseball League (CBL) will play out its first season ever. It will mark the existence of Canada's very first professional baseball league. Ferguson Jenkins, the only Canadian in the Baseball Hall of Fame, has already been named as the commissioner of the new league. The CBL will consist of teams from London (ON), Victoria (BC), Niagara Falls (ON), Trois-Riveres (PQ), Calgary (AB), Montreal (PQ),Kelowna (BC), and Saskatoon (SK).
