Journey to a New Continent part 11

Tai: Nicole, Nicole, NICOLE WHERE ARE YOU?

METPUP: What happened?

Kungfumon: I don’t know.

Voice: I’m what happened.

There was a small dog-like digimon standing there. It looked like a funny-looking Greyhound but way too small even as a digimon. It had this sad puppy look in its eyes. Behind him was Nicole with this I’m with him look in her eyes.

Agumon: That is the legendary Gingermon. It is said to be the fastest digimon to ever live, faster than the speed of light almost. Her attack is tornado twister.

Gingermon: That’s right.

METPUP: How did you get here?

Izzy: You mean you haven’t figured it out? She is the 9^th digidestine’s digimon.

METPUP: What, there’s no way. Well let’s see you digivolve.

Nicole: I need her crest first.

METPUP: What crest?

Izzy: Nicole, here.

Izzy threw her the crest he had and it started to glow the instant she caught it.

Gingermon: Gingermon digivolve to, Hollymon.

Hollymon: I’m Hollymon, I have the power to Make my enemies run away from me when I become hyper. My attack is the caffeine wave.

Hollymon looked like a golden lab that has been working out too much. She was wearing a workout outfit. Her long ears flopped down and her tail never stopped wagging.

METPUP: Do you think you scare me? You’re only an ultimate.

Hollymon: No but I will scare you soon.

She ran at him and jumped over him at the last second with such hyperness.

Jade was thinking very hard about how she was gonna live here because she didn’t know what she could eat. She looked up and saw a little lake in the distance. She jumped up and ran to. She was about to drink it but there was something stopping her. She looked at her reflection, except it wasn’t her. It was Tai.

Jade: What in the world? Am I really Tai or something? Who am I?

The reflection changed and it was her, except with a smile, a real one. It wasn’t one of her fake smiles that she only used for the past three years. It was real this time. She starred at it in such confusion.

Jade: I get it, It shows how I used to feel and should still feel. I’m not supposed to be sad inside, I’m supposed to be happy. I know it isn’t Tai’s fault I’m good at playing tricks on people, it’s mine for playing those tricks on him. I did have fun but it isn’t what I’m best at. I’m best at being happy and true to myself. Well I was for a few years. I just haven’t been true to myself and was hiding from the world behind a mask and now I should show the world what’s inside my heart. That is who I am down there.

She smiled a real smile. There was a flash of light and she was standing right in the middle of a battle in front of her house. She looked around seeing her real friends, Matt, Sora, Kari, Nicole, and Tai, yes Tai. Then she saw METPUP and Jumped. He looked just like he did in her dreams, Rude and on the attack. But this time there were a few differences, like her sister and the funny looking lab.

Matt: Look, there’s Jade.

Sora: Yeah. We have to get her out of there.

Tai: Jade get out of there.

Jade: You don’t have to tell me twice. I’m out of there.

METPUP: This is getting boring.

He was fighting Hollymon and was winning by a whole lot. He grew a smile and POW; he jabbed her when she ran by.

Nicole: No Hollymon.

Hollymon: I’m sorry, I Just can’t stay this any longer.

She dedigivolved to a new digimon, Kazoomon. She was a little digimon that resembled a Jack Russell Terrier.

Nicole: No.

Tai: Agumon, you’ve got to digivolve.

Agumon: Right. Agumon warp digivolve to, WarGreymon.

METPUP: Not all the megas in the world could stop me.

Gabumon: Gabumon digivolve to, Metalgarurumon.

Jade: Could someone tell me what’s going on?

Tai: Not right now Jade.

Izzy: Jade, do you have one of these? (He held out his digivice)

Jade: No, why do you ask?

Izzy: Have you ever seen one?

Jade: No, why do you ask kid?

Izzy: No reason.

Voice: "The time has come," the walrus said, "to speak of many things. Of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of dead digidestine." Prepare for you doom you digidestine. UFOmon knows who the 10^th digidestine is and you don’t.

Izzy: How could he do it though?

Kelly: He has His crest. I’ll give you a hint you haven’t met him yet, not including Nicole and the non-digidestine Jade.

Nicole: Who haven’t they met?

Jade: I don’t know? Um, maybe Danny?

Jade: Yeah. He’s sick from that flu Mark had.

Kelly: Good but we have him already.

Tai: If you know what’s good for you, you’ll release him right now.

Kelly: He’s way too sick for that, he is in horrible condition with his lung problem and the flu.

Tai: What?

Kelly: Sorry but I gotta go. I’ll be killing you in an hour.

The sky all of a sudden and UFOmon appeared in it.

METPUP: Who is this freak?

UFOmon: It is time I kill you once and for all.

He started to glow a funny color like a orangy-blue. Everyone was starring at it till they all went into a trance. They all just stood there and starred at nothing. It wasn’t till they were floating and about to be sucked in as food did Joe break the trance. He fell to the ground and started to yell to help them break it before they became digimon food.

There was a roar, the wind in his face in a few seconds and he was off on his black with fire red painted for decorations. He was on his way to pick up his beautiful new girlfriend; her hair was dark red. Her named was Jennifer. In his mind he thought ~ This will make Matt jealous for sure. ~

She waited in her room for her new date to make her old boyfriend way mad. ~ Ted will never know it’s Izzy with the changes I’ve made to him. Now Izzy will become as popular as me. ~ There was a honk and a nice red Viper pulled up. In the driver seat was Izzy looking like a star. "Bye mom, dad. I’ll be back soon."

"Now don’t go anywhere with her kid. I don’t want you seen with his sister."

"Is this because you hate her brother Tai that I can’t invite her to my party?" "Yes, now I have to go to work T.K." "Maybe Sora will be there." "For the last time, we don’t like each other, just each other’s friends." He went to work, his brother followed.

About five minutes ago he was afraid of himself, now he was proud of himself. He was taking the most popular 15-year-old on a date to the movies. His new cloths and haircut fit his face just as much as the old ones did. Only he was a totally different person, maybe even cool. He was different though. His attitude was different.

"Kari, is your brother there?" ~ "He’s not." ~ "He’s taking Jennifer to the movies to make Matt jealous. Well thanks for the information. Bye." She had to get to him before he made a complete fool of himself. She lived right by the theater so she just ran out the door and to the theater before it even opened any of the night movies.

Sora just hung up so she wanted to see what she was in such a hurry for. She got a ride to her friends house who lived by the theater and walked from there so that she didn’t have to walk all the way and get in trouble for sneaking to her brothers date. She knew he would probably make a fool of himself thinking he could make the most popular guy jealous.

They all arrived at the theater around the same time. Matt went in to get ready for his job there. Everyone just talked to who they came with, T.K. and Kari had a conversation together while Sora gave Tai the looks that he was going to get dumped for Matt. Matt opened the doors to let everybody in but all of them heard a voice.

Their eyes opened and they had broke from the trance of reality in the future. They were a little too late though, they got sucked up.

UFOmon: I guess I won.

Joe: Not yet. Gomomon digivolve.

Gomomon: Gomomon digivolve to… Ikkaumon. Ikkaumon digivolve to… Zudomon.

UFOmon: Amuse me if you can.

Jade: He can’t but I just realized who the last digidestine is and now I’m going to go get her. The crest is where I hid it because I found it. And yes Joe I’m still here because I’m not a digidestine.

Jade ran off into her house and ten minutes later she still didn’t come out. UFOmon got bored and blew the thing but it seemed that she snuck out the back. About five minutes of just waiting there came a bright light from the distance. A huge dragon was in the air. It flew right at them and when it was close enough you could see who was on the back. A girl with bright red hair, freckles lightly dotted on her face, and she was the same height as Jade about. Her eyes were bright green and glowed a creative thought of what she was doing. Her hair was flying all over gave her the same superstar look Jade had the other day.

Joe: Well she did find him or her or whatever.

UFOmon: It’s time I leave.

From inside UFOmon Joe and the digimon could hear the voices of the other kids UFOmon had sucked up. What could be out was stuff like "there are Alienmon here and they want to cut us open…" and " Help us Joe. I know you’re out there."

Joe: Oh no you don’t. Get him Zudomon.

Zudomon: Right! Vulcan’s hammer.

It hit UFOmon right on the dot. It only shook him. By this time Jade and her friend had gotten to the field. They jumped off its head and walked up to Joe. Jade stopped there, but her friend kept walking towards UFOmon.

Who is Jade’s friend? And this mysterious dragon? Why is she so confident? Find out next time and I’m not so sure myself.
