Chapter 2

The next day, I slept late  I got up and thought to myself.

Me:  Was that whole thing with Takato, Rika, Henry, Guilmon, Renamon and Terriermon a dream or was it real?

Then I heard a voice behind me.

Takato:  It’s real Josh and we are going to find BlackAgumon right now!

I was shocked, but I went with Takato anyway.  As we were walking I asked Takato some questions.

Me:  Um Takato, I’m not holding the team up am I?

Takato:  Not at all Josh.  In fact, we could use a new tamer!

Me:  Okay.  I wonder if BlackAgumon is alive or if he is still dead?

Guilmon:  Josh, Digimon never die.  We’re as real as you.

Me:  Thanks Takato Guilmon.  Where are we going?

Takato:  We’re going to meet up with Henry, Terriermon, Rika and Renamon at the park.  We think we have a lead where BlackAgumon is.

When we got to the park Rika, Renamon, Henry and Terriermon were there.

Henry:  Nice to see you again.

Rika:  We may have found BlackAgumon for you, Josh!

I was shocked!  I could feel my heart beat a lot!

Me:  Really?  You’re kidding me!

Renamon:  We are not kidding you, Josh.  BlackAgumon is just a short distance away.  All we have to do is walk there.



I gulped.

Me:  I just can’t believe it!  But if BlackAgumon is here then let’s go!

All seven of us were walking where Renamon pointed out.  I just could not believe that BlackAgumon was alive!

Rika:  Why so surprised Josh?  Aren’t you happy that BlackAgumon is alive?

I was quiet for a while.  I still remembered the day that BlackAgumon died at the hands of Impmon.  Sure he was a rookie, but I had a feeling that he was more powerful than a rookie.  Impmon fought BlackAgumon and won!  BlackAgumon didn’t stand a chance!  I was so angry that when I woke up I was back in my room in the real world!

Me:  It’s not that Rika.  It’s just that BlackAgumon died right in front of my eyes.

Renamon:  Who killed BlackAgumon?  It had to be a champion, an ultimate or even a mega to kill a rookie.

Me:  Actually, it was a rookie.

Everyone went quiet for minute or so.

Henry:  You’re kidding!  A rookie Digimon losing to another rookie?

Me:  It was Impmon who killed BlackAgumon!

Takato:  No way!  Impmon?  He killed BlackAgumon?

I nodded my head in shame.

Terriermon:  We thought knew Impmon and now he killed BlackAgumon.  He needs to be taught a lesson.

I was just about to agree with Terriermon when I saw something black on the ground.  It was none other than BlackAgumon himself!

Me:  BlackAgumon!  Are you all right?  Speak to me please!

BlackAgumon:  It’s me Josh!

Me:  I thought that I lost you forever BlackAgumon!

BlackAgumon:  You’ll never lose me Josh.  I’m like a boomerang!  I’ll keep coming back to you!
