Chapter 1

One day in Japan, Takato, Guilmon, Rika, Renamon, Henry and Terriermon were relaxing from their last battle with a Deva.  But unaware to Takato, Rika and Henry that they were soon going to get a new tamer that would change their lives forever!  At that point far away in the USA, there was a boy named Joshua. (That’s me)  I was watching the new episodes of Digimon season 3.  When the episodes were over I turned around in my bed.  I was upset because my Digimon BlackAgumon died a year ago.

Me:  BlackAgumon, why did you have to die?  Why did you have to leave me alone?  Why?

I was looking at a picture of me and BlackAgumon, but it only made me even more upset.

Me:  BlackAgumon, please come back to me!  I’m a wreck without you!

I was just about to put the picture away when something weird was happening in my room.  And my picture of me and BlackAgumon changed.  It changed into a picture of Takato!  I was so scared that I didn’t know what to do!  The next thing that happened was I found myself falling!  I must have hit the ground because I was out like a light.  I couldn’t see who was talking, but I could hear!

Takato:  Who do you think he is and where did he come from?

Henry:  Good questions Takato.  We’ll know soon enough.

Rika:   He’s coming to!

I woke up and saw 3 kids around me and they were younger than me.  Two of the three were boys and the other was a girl.

Me:  What’s going on here?  Who are you?

Takato:  We could ask you the same questions.  I’m Takato and these are my friends Henry and Rika, and these are our Digimon.  Guilmon, Renamon and Terriermon.

Me:  I’m Joshua and I don’t know how I came here.  All I remember is looking at a picture of my Digimon BlackAgumon, and that picture changed from a picture of BlackAgumon to a picture of you.

I was pointing to Takato.  They all looked at me in shock.

Henry:  Don’t worry Josh.  We’ll find BlackAgumon for you.  But right now you need to rest and save your strength.

I did as I was told and I knew that I had found some great friends!
