            1.    No sex.

             2.    To return if there is hemorrhage after the procedure.

d)         The histology comes back as severe dyskaryosis and you are happy that complete excision has been performed. What follow-up is required over the next 5 years?

            1.    Do a Pap smear at 6 months and 12 months after the excision followed by yearly Pap smear for 3 years.

             2.    Do another colposcopy a year later.
