| August 26 2002 - Fenway Park - Red Sox v.s Angels - My fist game outside of New York ever. I was very excited to see the Sox play, see the monstor,see the pesky pole and hear the sox fans say NOMAH. It was an exciting game with manny ramirez hitting two solo homeruns in his first two at bats. Many Boston errors let the angles take a four run lead. In the bottom of the ninth the Red sox would not give up. Two lead off singles in the ninth started the comeback which was capped off with a game tieing single by rey sanchez, who was thrown out at second. In the tenth inning Johny Damon hit a walk off homerun. to give the Sox a 10 - 9 win. |
