ßl¢k ¶ÃÑTH£R§ are pretty good bearings. The shields are made so that you can take them out to clean them easy and the metal peice holds the balls in the bearings this helps when you clean your bearings but the plastics shield is hard to get back in. They last about a year and a half. They are fast but a little bit of dirt in them will slow you down. I would recommend these.
