** INQ7.net's Review ** The Big Room M2M Warner Music YOUNG, adventurous and sweet, M2M sing about girl power, relationships, having everything and the travails of being a teenager. Marit and Marion can harmonize and successfully mix pop with funky beats. "Sometimes" is a standout. The melody is catchy and you can't get it out of your head after you hear it. Gen(eration)-Yers can easily relate to it and just might make it their anthem or theme song. "Leave Me Alone" warns a guy not to get too close because these girls have other priorities. Nope, they won't sulk or mope if guys ignore or take them for granted. They are in full control of their lives. That's girl power for you! "Love Left For Me" sums up the lame excuses guys come up with when they're caught red-handed. Don't listen to this song if you love being a doormat girlfriend because it might remind you to wise up. "Payphone" tells girls not to be martyrs. It's like eavesdropping on two girls having serious a girl talk about letting a no-good boyfriend go. "Eventually" is about innocence and losing it, about growing up after falling in love. A song that tells you how it really feels to be loved and to love. "Don't" has a good melody but bland lyrics. It's the usual "please don't hurt me" kind of song. You'll like this album if you're not expecting serious and perfect lyrics, but the normal stuff that teens go through. Harmonizing is not a problem and they can sing without being nasal.
