Special Agent Dana Scully and Special Agent Fox Mulder: Field investigators.
Subject Mark aka Fox
Location Metro Boston.
Agents observed Mark near South Station at 1545 another one of his partners Dave Soles. The two stayed outside the station not to enter due to the highten security at the station. Mark was wearing and hat to cover his bleach blonde hair. At 1600 the two entered south station, Mark and Dave quickly sperated and split the two agents up. This Agent believes that Mark knew that he was being watched. At 1630 the 1243 Train arrived at South Station arriving from New York City. Suddenly Mark's parents exited the train, Agents Dogget and Agent Reiz were also on assignment investigating Mark's Parents, Tom and Ellen Celaya. Agent Mulder left assignment to go meet up with the agent Doggett. Mark met up with his parents and was proceeding down to the red subway where Dave was waiting on the Red line train stop. The four of them went inbound to park street and then transfered to the Green line and exited on Arlington stop. The four then proceeded to the Park Plaza Hotel in the Heart of Boston.
Agetn Doggett In forms us that Mr and Mrs Celaya are staying in a suite for three days. Agent Dogget and Agent Reiz are staying in the room directing across from the Celaya's. It was not clear if Mark would be staying with his parents so Agent Mulder and Scully did not get a room at the Park Plaza. At 1745 Mark and Dave left the park Plaza Hotel with his parents and proceeded down Newbury street. While at the corner of Newbury and Arlington Mark was tipped off that the four agents were following them. Agent Mulder Observed Mark answering a cell call and then he proceeded to search thru the crowd of people. Its unclear to this agent on how who was on the other end of the phone that tipped Mark off. As soon as he finished scanning the crowd Mark quickly hailed a cab and they jetted down Arlington street. Agents Doggett and Reiz tried to get a cab but were unable to retrieve on in time. After losing sight of the subject, all agents went back to the hotel to set up for a survelliance of the Celaya hotel room. Agents set up microphones in the desk and behind a lamp onthe southwest corner of the room. A camera was placed in the mirror and in the televison set.

Agent Mulder was awoken bya knock at the door. Mulder opened to door to find a Hotel staff member holding a envelope. The hotel staff member handed the envelope to Mulder stating that he was given this at five morning and was to make sure that the Gentleman in Room 420 recieve this at 7:45. Mulder opened the envelope to find this picture. It appears to be Mark Celaya standing in a hotel room in front of the mirror. The picture was sent to the FBI field office In Boston to be analized. The report stated that the idenity was in fact Mark Celaya, a face profile was used as well as a two index finger prints were found on the picture matching Mark Celaya. The picture also showed a id badge on the lower right corner. Photo experts have reported that it is a military badge. The picture on the id could not be identified. The room appeared to be damaged due to the evidence in the picture.
Agent Mulder believes that Mark is a type of phantom or ghost, as for this agent I do not agree. At this time Mark has not been seen for the past ten days. Agents Mulder and Scully are still in the Boston area trying to locate the individual, Agents Doggetts and Agent Reiz have returned to Los Angeles to further investiaget Tom and Ellen in the case they make any further contact with Mark Celaya.
