And now, a brief history of how p0w3r h4x came to be. . .

It all started late last year. . . It was late in the day and having nothing better to do an up and coming hacker decided to try and hack the NCsoft CoH and CoV servers. Through a series of attempts whose details will go unmentioned he succeeded and before him lay the millions of files that held not only the world that that cities lay in but the billions of supers that populate it. It took several days before NCsoft found out about the event and found the person responsible. It was then that the lawsuits started to fly. The lawsuits were settled out of court and from these settlements came the PH network. Though there are no public records of the settlement that took place we are able to say that from the settlement came the following. Several sites providing services were given complete legal immunity from the NCsoft legal hammer including this one in exchange for not leaking sensitive information found within the servers to the public. And NCsoft would help set up PH with Cryptic Studios and give unlimited access to the official CoH and CoV database on the servers from where they could give any character anything they wanted. In exchange for all of this profit would be shared by all parties involved. Thats basically how it happened.
