(Introduction- John Cena may be one of the busiest atheletes in the country, but his private life is still to this day taking blow after blow in the on going after effects of his wedding night. Just last night a lack of concentration ended up costing him the EMF Tag Title strap he'd carried since the Elimination Chamber of 2005. But now Cena had smething much worse to look forward to. Today was Sunday... the day where he had dinner with Joy and Jackie to celebrate their tag title victory the week before.. but somehow at the same time, he was going to have to meet the mystery person, and hand over a quarter of a million dollers. How would he find away around this huge problem... how would he be in two places at once? And just who was the mystery person he was going to meet? All would be revealed sooner than we thought.)
(The scene opens. John Cena is at home, sitting with Chris Masters and Natasha, waiting for Jackie to emerge. Cena and Jackie ae preparing to go out to dinner with Joy Giovanni as the organised the week before. They are meeting at the restaurant at 8, and as Cena looks down at his watch, the time is 7:47. He becomes impatient.. and stands up, but just as he does, Jackie emerges down the stairs in a stunning white dress. Cena looks taken aback by her amazing she looks, and Nat and Chris look at her happily too.)
Cena: "Wow, you look stunning Jackie.. we are only gonig to meet Joy..."
Jackie: "Well I thought i'd make an effort for my husband... what do you two think?"
Natasha: "You look beautiful Jackie... if only I could ever look that good..."
Cena: "But you do.......n't because my Jackie is the most gorgeous woman on the planet... and nobody holds a candle to her!"
Jackie: "Oh you really are the sweetest guy sometimes... come on we don't wanna keep Miss Giovanni waiting now do we... we better get going."
Cena: "Yea ok.. it's just round the corner... we wont be late don't worry.."
(Cena gives Nat a quick glance as they are leaving, and she just smiles at him before looknig down at whatever she was reading before hand. Cena and Jackie leave, and Chris Masters looks up at th clock before standing up and exiting the room. The scene re-opens a few minutes later in the restaurant. Cena and Jackie enter, and a waiter approaches them...)
Waiter: "Good evening Mr and Mrs Cena! Your table was booked for three correct?"
Cena: "Yes, we will be being joined shortly.. is that a problem?"
Waiter: "No, not at all. Right this way sir... the table you chose especially is right over there by the door..."
Cena: "Thank You. If Joy comes send her over please... and in the mean time fetch us whatever beer you got going here and a glass of white wine will you..."
Waiter: "Certainly... right away.."
Cena: "It's not bad in here huh..."
Jackie: "No... but i wonder where Joy has got to..."
Cena: "I'm sure she will be along... but for now why don't we talk about us... after all we've been married almost a month now!"
Jackie: "I know isn't it exciting! I still skae every time I sign Jackie Cena on a peice of paper...."
Cena: "You know i;ve never been this happy in my entire life as I am with you right now..."
(This of course was a complete lie. Cena was not happy... not only had he broken up with Nat whom he'd cared for deeply.. but he also faced the prospect of trying to escape dinne rin about 50 minutes time to pay off the blackmailer. Contained in his pocket was the envelope with $250,000 that he was soon to give over.. but he had a plan.When the person came to take the envelope.. he would no doubt be masked, but Cena would de-mask them, revealing the identity.. that way he would know what he was up against.)
Cena: "Jackie.. you heard about Jericho and Amy huh?"
Jackie: "Yea.. a little surprised it happened so soon after what we did to them.. but i'm happy for them.. really I am!"
Cena: "Yea... weird how she caught the bouquet though huh..."
Jackie: "A little... but I think that was just coincedence... we know them well enough now to see that marraige is a good step for them... i'm sure they'll make it work.."
Cena: "Well I hope they do.. it would suck around here to have a pissed off Vice President.. she'd probably put us through Elimination Chambers every week coz for some obscure reason she'd blame us..."
Jackie: "Well i'm sure the master of the elimination chamber would be alright with that... wanna take a bet.. you think they'll be married before Dewey and Tori?"
Cena: "Hell yea... don't think Chris is gonna mess around do you? He'll wanna snap her up as soon as possible to keep all her millions of male friends at bay..."
Jackie: "I'm sure he has no threat... she seems to love him a lot.. even if it's nothing on us.. it's still there.. and i'm sure that both of us as couple wont ever have any thorns come into our relationships as long as we live!"
(Cena looks down at this last comment, and takes a sip of his drink, and refrains from commenting. The minutes ticked on and on... still no Joy. The waiter came over at about 8.30 and asked if they wanted to order... but they only ordered more drinks. Finally at 8.50 Cena made an announcement to Jackie.)
Cena: "Maybe Joy's lost and is outside somewhere... i'm gonna go have a look around.. you wait here I wont be long..."
Jackie: "I'll come with you it's alright..."
Cena: "No, it's too cold for you to go out... besides one of us has to stay at the table.. i'll be 10 minutes at the msot I promise."
(And with that Cena disappeared. he was not gonig to look for Joy... he was going to run. Run to his house and get his hand ovr complete. He ran down the street and turned left, not even pausing for breath. Cena eventually gets to the road his house is on, and turning right runs up the long path leading to it. He got to the gate seperating his property from the rest, and quickly entered. Looking down at his watch... 8.59PM... made it with seconds to spare. Just as he looks up, a blakc Limosuine pulls up. He is about to slowly make his way over to it, when something or someone hits him hard in the back of the head... sending him sprawling to the floor. There are a few more cheap shots to him... before he is held down to the floor by a man of immense power... unlike any Cena has faced. Cena wants to battle back.. but whatever hit him was hard. He opens his eyes to see none other than Chris Masters holding him down... an extremely hot looknig girl standing next to him, clutching Cena's sledge hammer...)
Cena: "Chris... Chris what's going on?"
Christy Hemme: "Shut up... unless you want another shot with this thing.... comes in handy... really does!"
Cena: "What.. who are you?"
Chris: "Why did you do it John... why?"
Cena: "Do what?"
Chris Masters: "Don't play dumb with me you bastard... you knew I liked her.. and you were married... but that could never stop John Cena no... you had to go fucking her right when I thought I was getting somewhere... but not to worry.. I got Christy here now.. and your getting what you deserve!"
Cena: "Christy... what... what the hell are you talknig about man? Got Christy... I... oh I don't understand... maybe if that bitch didn't smash me round the head I would!"
Chris Masters: "Don't you EVER talk about her like that again! Now you listen to me John... you knew I liked Nat.. and you slept with her knowing how I felt! I put up with it for a while.. but I just snapped and now you're getting what I should have done right when I was told what happened!"
Cena: "Told... so you didn't see it?"
Voice: "Oh no... I DID!"
(A thired figure moves into the light.. and to Cena's non-surprise... it's that of Joy Giovanni. She comes out wearing black, the light shining off her and cena can't help but think that he's probably never been less happy to see two very attractive women standing over him... but he has to think fast now.)
Cena: "So let me get this straight! Joy smahed the glass at the wedding... and sent the letter. She told Chris whos now dating Christy.. and the 3 of you ambush me here... the point of which I still don't know!"
Chris Masters: "Just to et your attention John... and show your not getting away with this!"
Joy Giovanni: "Yea.. now hand over the money before you get another shot of the hammer..."
(Chris releases his hold enough for Cena to get into his pocket and pull out the envelope, throwing it at the feet of Joy Giovanni. She picks it up and laughs.)
Joy Giovanni: "Don't think this is gonna get you off the hook John...I can keep this dangling above your head for a long time.. i'll see you around... i'm sure!"
(With that Joy disappears. Chris Masters stands up, and talks to Hemme)
Chirs Masters: "I think that shot would keep anyone down for a while... chuck the hammer down next to him and lets see when he's able to get up.. for now let's go to your place... don't think i'll be too welcome at mine..."
Christy Hemme: "Damn right! At least I get to spend the night with a real man like Chris... if Cena's lucky a cat might keep him company out here..."
(They turn to leave, but hve underestimated Cena's anger at the situation. Cena jumps up and spears Masters from behind as he's walking away, sending him sprawling to the floor. The tow of them begin to fight it out.. but Cena's head injury make it quite balenced.They are brawling for a good 10 minutes before Cena manages to instictively nail an FU, but with little impact. It's enough to sent Chris down though... and as it does.. Cena goes down clutching his head. The two breath deeply.. and catch eachothers eyes after a few minutes.)
Chris Masters: "How the hell did we get to this...."
Cena: "Women eh... can destroy even the best of things..."
Chris Masters: "Ha too right... but I just don;t get it... why Nat?"
Cena: "You know how hot she is man... she was just there looknig after me and I could not resist..."
Chris: "We should be beating the fuck out of eachother over it... but what would it solve?"
Cena: "Nothing... besides there's too many men after my blood out there... we just had a bad night huh... call it a truce?"
Chris Masters: "I'm still pissed you got to her before I did... but I think we made up for that with the sledgehammer shot huh..."
Cena: "Just about... nice introduction for me and your new bird man..."
Christy Hemme: "I'm sorry Mr Cena sir... just helping my guy you know..."
Cena: "Well i'd hope Jackie would dothe same for me.. I can't be bothered to fight with a woman so i'll let it slip... and you know Chris you are welcome at home tonight if you want... we're even... right?"
Chris Masters: "Yea... even!"
(cena and Chris shake hands... their life long friendship shining through for the first time in a long time. Cena then goes over and gives a proper intoduction to Hemme, and gives her a hug to show there are no hard feelings. It wouldn't be the first time cena forgave someone for taking him out with a hammer anyway...)
Cena: "Guys... what are we going to do about Joy...."
Chris Masters: "Shit your right... I can't support her in this now... not after that..."
Cena: "No.. play along with it though... it would be handy to have a spy in the opposition so to speak."
Christy Hemme: "Yea.. we could do that couldn't we Chris?"
Chris Masters: "We sure could Christy..."
(Chris and Hemme (no i WONT call them Chris and Christy... lol) start kissing and Cena just stands there until they stop... then he says..)
Cena: "Looks like there's one more for dinner huh..."
Chris: "I thought you'd already eaten.. with Jackie earlier?"
Cena: "No we waited on Joy... god that was stupid! Chris.. ould you go bring Jackie back.. I think I need to attend to my head before I can see her... tell her there's a change of plan and we're gonna eat at home tonight..."
Chris: "Yea alright.. i'll see you in about 15 minutes back here then? Christy can stay with you right?"
Cena: "Yea... not like you need to worry... we wont be alone.. Nat's still in..."
Chris: "HA.. what makes you think she'd want you when she could have men anyway...."
Cena: "Nat did...."
(Chris looks annoyed.. but then just gives a small laugh and walks off. Cena turns to Christy.)
Cena: "You might as well come in... save Chris the bother of asking if you can stay with us..."
Christy: "Well.. i'm not sure me and Chris are serious enough to live together... I got my own place anyway..."
Cena: "Well it's up to you.. but at least have dinner with us tonight wont you?"
Christy: "Yea why not... might as well get to know the people i'm gonig to be working with..."
Cena: "Oh your going to wrestle?"
Christy: "Nah.. I never was much good at it... i'm just gonig to manage Chris... but still would be good to get to know some of the top names."
Cena: "That's cool... come on hun, we don't want you freezing to death out here..."
Christy: "Yea.. i'm fucknig freezing here...."
Cena: "Here take this jacket... i'm quite hot anyway..."
Christy: "Thanks.. that's real nice of you Mr Cena..."
Cena: "Call me John yea.. your like one of us now your with Chris..."
(Christy smiles at him, and slips the jacket on. They then walk up the drive together, and enter the house. Nat is in there... and she looks up in shock as Cena and Christy walk in...)
Natasha: "Err... can I ask what's gonig on..."
Cena: "Don't worry Nat.. she's seeing Chris... she's just here for dinner.. that's ok right?"
Natasha: "Yea.. you know me.. always do enough to cover people that MIGHT turn up... but John... I really need to talk to you... it's quite urgent..."
Cena: "Can it wait... I gotta sort my head out... SOMEONE hit me with a sledgehammer..."
Christy: "Yea er... I apologise again for that..."
Cena: "Don't you worry... you two just get to know eachother... i'll be back befoe you know it..."
Natasha: "John it's err... kinda REALLY important I talk to you...."
Cena: "Ok, after dinner I promise..."
(Nat accepts defeat and goes into the kitchen to check on the dinner. When she comes back, John still hasn't returned. She talks to Christy.. who is sitting on a sofe looknig a bit nervous...)
Natasha: "You can chill out a bit you know... if your friends with John everyone will welcome you here..."
Christy: "That's nice of you Nat... i'm Christy Hemme by the way..."
Natasha: "I know who you are... I do watch WWE you know... but how the hell do you know me..."
Christy: "I'll be honest with you... in hope we get off on the right foot... Joy was the girl who saw you and John getting "over-friendly..." and she told me and Chris... but don't worry... the only person who'd consider tellnig Jackie is Joy.. my lips are sealed."
(Nat looks shocked. She doesn't know what to make of this... whether it's a trick or whether she's telling the truth. Luckily she's spared responding when the door opens and in walks Chris Masters and Jackie Gayda. Jackie rushes upstaris, no doubt to make sure her husband is ok. Chris walks down the steps to the livnig room where the girls are, and puts an arm around Christy.)
Chris Masters: "I see you two met eachother then..."
Christy: "Yea.. me and Nat had a nice little chat... she seems like a person i'll get on with..."
Chris: "I'm sure you will... come i'll show you my room... i'm sure you'll get to know it inside out soon..."
(Christy giggles, and as Chris leads her up the first flight of stairs, she turns and gives Nat a wink. Nat looks annoyed.. but goes back to the kitchen to serve dinner. About 15 minutes later, John, Jackie, Chris, Christy and Nat are sitting around the dinner table, an amazing spread of food layed out in front of them. They are shown eating for a while, and when Cena finishes last and puts down his knife and fork, he speaks.)
Cena: "Once again... you impress me Nat, well done!"
Christy: "Yea Nat.. it was lovely thanks. As you reated me to such a great meal.. i'll clean up if you want."
Cena: "Wouldn't dream of it... your the guest.. you sit back and enjoy yourself. I'll take care of all the clearing away.."
Natasha: "Actually John... you promised me we could have that talk straight after dinner..."
Cena: "Nat.. whatever it is can't be that urgent..."
Natasha: "It really is!"
Jackie: "Guys don't argue... i'll clear up tonight so you two can sort out whatevers going on..."
Cena: "Alright Nat... what do you want to talk about..."
Natasha: "Can we go outside please?"
Cena: "err.. yea alright then."
(Cena and Nat stand and exit. The cameras follow them, and they go into the back garden. Now he's alone with her... Cena completely chnges his tone)
Cena: "Whats up baby... your ok right? No one has bothered you..."
Natasha: "No no... nothing like that!"
Cena: "Then what..."
Natasha: "There's just a small problem! You remember that night... well actually your wedding night..."
Cena: "Nat do we have to talk about..."
Natasha: "Yes we do! Ok you remember what we did..."
Cena: "How could I ever forget..."
Natasha: "Well the thing is... since then I kinda... missed something..."
(It is unclear whether Cena misheard or just misunderstood... but his reaction is not the correct one...)
Cena: "Nat baby.. I missed you too... but I thought we agreed it was for the best that we..."
Natasha: "I wasn't talknig about that... I think I might be... might be..."
Cena: "Come on spit it out...."
Natasha: "No... no i Can't it would wreck your life. I'll wait til I know for sure... i'm sorry for wasting your time."
Cena: "Nat... is everything alright?"
Natasha: "Yea... fine... i'll er... talk to you later.. i'm gonna go in i'm cold..."
(Cena looks confused.. and the reality of what Nat was saying had not hit him at all. He didn't understand what she had meant... but that was a big mistake. Cena wondred back in, and when he did, Jackie was sitting alone at the table with a coffee in front of her. Cena came over and kissed her, before sitting down next to her. Jackie gave him a questioning look.)
Cena: "Where is everyone..."
Jackie: "Chris and Christy went upstiars... they are gonna talk over where they are staying tonight... but by the way they were handling eachother i'm sure nothing is further from their minds! And Nat came in and said goodnight so I presume she went to bed.. anyway, what did she want?"
Cena: "Oh..she was a little embaressed about it... but she asked to borrow some money... of course its no problem for a good frined like Nat though!"
Jackie: "How much you give her?"
Cena: "Not too much... enough.. I told her not to pay it back but she seemed insistant.. i'm not taking money from her though..."
Jackie: "Your too nice for your own good sometimes... but I love you like that!"
(Cena and Jackie kiss a few more times.. and then cena stands up.)
Cena: "Want to head up? I know it's early but... whats wrong with early night..."
Jackie: "Absolutely nothing... i'll join you in a sec.. you head up if you want."
Cena: "Yea ok... see you in a minute.."
(Cena begins to head up. After going up the first two flights of stairs he hears loud Christy-like giggling comnig from Chris's room. Cena looks to walk past it.. but then changes his mind... and kncoks on the door. It fals quiet.. and then Chris's voice says "Come In." Cena opens the door and sees Chris and Hemme hiding under the duvet.. and eosn't even want to know what they are (or aren't..) wearing. He just speaks to Chris.)
Cena: "Sorry to interupt you guys... but Chris I neded to remind you about tomorrow... you remember your supposed to help me in training..."
Chris Masters: "Oh man I forgot... good job you reminded me..."
Cena: "So it's still cool..."
Chris Masters: "Yea man... why not. John one thing I wanted to say to you... don't worry bout your little secret yea.. I swear on my life that me and Christy wont go telling her... you have our word!"
Cena: "Thanks man... that means a lot... now I just gotta keep Joy quiet... I presume Christy has decided to stay here..."
Christy: "For now yea... see how it goes... though I have no change of clothes or anything here..."
Cena: "Don't worry... we'll go get you some stuff from your place after training right Chris?"
Chris Masters: "You bet... not that you need clothes when your with me..."
Cena: "Well glad to see you guys are getting on well... and you finally managed to pull someone hot Chris! Anyway.. i'll see you both in the morning... i'll let you get on with whatever you were doing before..."
Chris: "Man... I had the best scrabble word to play and you made me forget it with all your talk of training..."
(Cena raises his eyebrows, and him and Chris both give a small laugh. He then exits the room.. and heads upstairs as quickly as possible. He hears the light at the very bottom of the house flick off, and Jackie's foot prints on the stairs.. as he goes into his room and awaits her arrival and the scene fades out.)
