(OOC- continuing on from my earlier RP. I hope this can stand... though i understand if it
can't.)
(The scene re-opens with Cena and Rhyno at Cena's personal training facility. Trish is
with them, and Cena and Rhyno are in the ring)
Cena: "I've been watching the tapes, and "Capital Punishment" is definately like this...
(performs the move on Rhyno lightly) you think you could kick out of that in a match?"
Rhyno: "Yea, no problems, but just to make sure, try a full power one..."
(Cena performs the move, full impact, so it echoes around the room. He goes into the cover
and Trish runs in and counts 1... 2... he kicks out!)
Cena: "Wow, i can't see Pun hitting it any better than that... though he has been doing it
all his career... he might know something about it that makes it worse... but still, so
we've both kicked out of that one, and Angelus's "Slain" move... so we both know we can
kick out if they hit their finishers on us! So how the ell are they gonna beat us...? I
don't think they stand a chance in hell. I mean, look how long it took Pun to get up from
that Gore you gave him... that was WAY over 3 seconds... that's the useful thing about
that move... it can turn a match on its head in a second. If we look in trouble, i'm gonna
be relying on you to pop up and hit that, you reckon you can? Coz that could seriously be
the difference between winning and losing. Yea, the FU can win matches... but it rarely
turns them around like the gore would! Just imagine... Angelus hits "slain" on me, and is
just about to go into the cover... when you pop up and Gore him! By the time he got up,
i'd have crawled over, covered him, taken the titles and we'd be sitting at my place, with
hundreds of people over celebrating our title victory! hte fans would have got up and
left, and an hour or so later... he'd get up and wonder what the hell happened! It would
only sink in once he collected his World TItle and the tag belt wasn't next to it... then
he'd realise that Revolution just passed him by! I will have two titles, you will have
your first, and THEN the world would HAVE to respect us for our achievements! I mean,
being a DOUBLE CHAMPION!! Angelus and Punisher have got too used to being them... i wonder
how they will feel when they are no longer! When they have to wake up, and collect ONE
championship belt instead of two... whilst i would be able to put one over each shoulder..
jsut imagine Rhyno, having PUNISHER and ANGELUs being jealous of US coz we would have what
they want!!! Well, i already have what Punisher wants... he's already jealous of me for my
TV title... but still, it would be amazing! ANd then, and then.. we'd be the envy of every
man in the EMF! I mean, i already am, i got the lovely Trish Stratus, the TV title and ALL
the fans adore me! I'm the Franchise Player, the Doctor of Thugonomics! WHat more could i
want...? THe Tag Titles of course! I mean, since i got here, i've been trying to win
them... Chaos, Freddy, Kurt ENgle... i've teamed with them all, and at one time, talked
about the titles... but Rhyno, i think now, thanks to you, it's no longer a dream, it's a
reality! The first time i had a shot at them, me and Kurt took on MDK and Webber, and we
were so God damn close to walking out with them, but he had to go and cost me the match...
as he wasn't a Revolution member... our 100% championship Match record still stands, but
it wont if me and you lose this week... so as well as for us, let's win it for the stable!
FOr the greatest stable in EMf history... for REVOLUTION!!!"
Rhyno: "Well, as if i needed any more motivation for this match... as if i needed
convincing any further... but you are right! We have to go out there, not only for John
Cena and Rhyno, but for Trish, and Freddy, and Chyna... i guess... and bring home the gold
for Revolution! We can't let them down... we are the main guys in this stable, and victory
is everything! If we can't do it... who can? We have to take down the Dangerous Alliance
before they take over the EMF's tag team division completely... i mean, they already have
by winning the title, that puts them on top, but not until they have baten us can they
once and for all say they deserve it... because we are the Number One Contenders, we were
even when Rey and RVD took them on... those titles are calling to us JOhn, we gotta go out
there and take them!"
Cena: "Yea, you're right, anyway enough training... we got nothing left to prove. Trish,
as out interview was so rushed earlier, how about another one, just to make sure the fans
know everything going through there favourite superstars head?"
Trish: "Ok then John, firstly, for as long as i've known you, the wrestler you admire
most, it has to be said... is Punisher! Can i ask why that is?"
Cena: "Well you only have to look at his career to see why... he's hled the World Title,
and in my opinion still could if he put his mind to it... he's been IC champion, Extreme
Champion... Tag Team Champion... in fact, the only belt he's never had is... (raises his
TV title) THIS ONE! And it's funny, coz when i came here, i wanted a title, and title, but
i would have prefered the Extreme Title to the TV title, though now i'm glad i took this
one... but while Pun had what i wanted... i now have what he wants! The TV championship,
and its champion, me, are the only thing standing between Pun and his desired "grandslam!"
But Pun, in my two title defences so far, i've faced a Newbie who crawled up from the
bottom, and a Legendary ex-World Champion, who was trying to tasete glory again... and
i've seen both off! Punisher, i'd be very glad to take you on for this title, and i'd be
very glad to beat your ass all over MY ring! Coz i AM the Franchise, i AM the Doctor of
Thugonomics... and i AM The TV Champion of the world! ANd no matter what you say
Punisher... i've done what you never could... and captured this belt! But anyway back to
the question... i admire Punisher because, one on one... i don't think there is a man who
could beat him... including Angelus! He is an EMF Hall of Famer for a reason... but this
week, he will taste somethin i'll bet he hasn't for a long time... defeat to two
newcomers!"
Trish: "Well that certainly would be interesting to see... and i'm hoping your right John!
But anyway, who would you see as, besides the Dangerous Alliance, your biggest rivals to
the tag titles?"
Cena: "We have no rivals... because we are that damn good. It was even suggested
backstage, an ELimination Chamber match for the Tag Titles... i'd REALLY like to go into
that as Tag Team Champions, because coming out with them, would prove beyond a shadow of a
doubt that we were the best this company has to offer! That is my long term goal... but
for now, i'll settle for beating The Dangerous Alliance at Shockwave, and being the NEW
Tag Team Champions!"
Trish: "Ok, one final question John... God i'm running out of things to ask... oh yes...
how do you feel that a recent poll on the EMf's official website showed that 70% of fans
think Punisher and Angelus will beat you and Rhyno this week and retain the gold?"
Cena: "Well, the fans oppinion obviously matters to me a lot, but those polls are often
wrong... and this time will be no exception! The tradition of the upset still lives on..
and will always do so. And this week, whether people see it as an upset or not... i
promise you all, every single thugomaniac out there, that I, John Cena, along with Rhyno,
WILL capture the tag team titles, and we WILL destroy the Dangerous Alliance in the
process!"
Trish: "Thank's John, another amazing promo by an amazing TV Champion! If you guys aren't
gonna train no more... maybe we could head home... i really wanna play Trish Vs Chyna in a
bra and panties match on that game you got!"
Cena: "God... what's the point... you will just win and then end up vomitting.. make it a
Hell in a cell and end her career..."
Trish: "You shouldn't talk bout your partners like that... but as it's chyna i'll let you
off, anyway, let's go already!"
Cena: "hang on, just one more thing i wanna say (moves right up to the camera) Angelus,
Punisher, you had better shine those Tag Titles up a hell of a lot tomorrow... coz i don't
wanna add them to my perfectly kept TV Title if they are all dirty... and looking at who's
wearing them they most probably are... so sort thrm out, and say goodbye, because
Revolution is here to take them! I may already be able to shout THE CHAMP IS HERE!!! but
when i have two titles... imagine how much better it will sound! Punisher, Agelus, i'll
see you in the ring... but you can't say the same, because YOU CAN'T SEE ME!!! SO get
ready for the FU and the Gore, and say goodbye to your titles. If your such rich hotshots,
you could even pay to get the names changed on the front of them early... so as it starts
to sink in that you will lose them, so your not all heart broken when you do... but
anyway, enough talking... from this point on... i'll let my fista talk for me! Word Life!
(The fans watching on the titantron in the EMF arena roar at Cena's words, as the scene
closes, and the screen goes black! They are all left wondering if the DA will soon be
losing teir titles, and they all start to beleive, that they will!)
