Unleashed RP- Batista... Al Snow... It's all the same to me.
(The Scene opens. John Cena is shown with his girlfriend Trish Stratus. They are watching recent EMF tapes backstage.)
Cena: "What a useless triple threat match... they had it as if i actually care which of those 3 i beat for my title..."
Trish: "Yea.. what a joke! Sick Nick, Batista and Denis Kettleburg..."
Cena: "Facing the winner would be bad enough... but i'm facing the runner up... its gotta be a joke! I mean, i beat Wasabi in my last defence... and now i gotta face these two losers... Al Snow and Batista... they barely qualified to be in this comapny.. and now they think they can face me.. my god..."
Trish: "You seem to say that about everyone recently.. not that i disagree with you Champ, but still..."
Cena: "How do you expect me to reacht? At one show i'm meant to be facing Punisher and Angelus Archer, the two biggest names in the EMF today, and on the same night i'm squaring off against those 2... how does that make sense? I mean, neither has held a title before... neither has even scored a big win... they've done nothing to merit this shot!"
Trish: "Ya i hear that... i mean, they could have at least givern you a half decent opponent... why Batista and Snow... 2 has beens from WWE who couldn't make it there so turned up here... but anyway, maybe we should take this matter to the ring?"
Cena: "Yea, i agree... ok lets go and tell the fans exactly how i feel!"
(Revolution by Motorhead blasts out, as John Cena makes his way into the ring, accompanied by Trish Stratus. They taunt the crowd, before entering the ring, ready for Trish to give her usual interveiw to John."
Cena: "Before you ask anything Trish... i got something i wanna say. Now... this weekend is the EMF PPV Unleashed, as i'm sure you are all aware. And John Cena will be wrestling not once.. but TWICE for his Thugomaniacs on that night! That's right... two matches in one night.. so i hope all the members of the CHAIN GANG have got their tickets ready, coz its gonna be a night none of you will wanna miss! Now.. to guarentee that at least one thugomaniac is present... i'm gonna give away now.. Signed personally by myself... a ticked to EMf Unleashed!!! That's right, one lucky Cena fan will get this... but to prove you ae a Cena fan... you need a Cena sign! So all of you... if you wanna be picked hold your Cena signs up in the air where we can see them! err... how about you young man? Why don't you come in the ring... see if you can win yourslef a ticket to see Unleashed! Come on... you want it you gotta come get it!"
(The kid steps into Cena's ring, and walks up to him.)
Cena: "Well... you wanna go see Unleashed live.. you gotta answer this question... WHO is gonna win the huge Triple threat match at unleashed and walk outta there as TV Champon???"
Kid: "Without a shadow of a doubt.. you are John!"
Cena: "Damn right i am... the Thugomaniacs are never wrong! Ok kiddo, here's your ticket... you are sitting right... THERE, yea that's right.. you can watch your favourite EMF superstar... in action... twice.. from RINGSIDE!!!"
Kid: "Wow thanks John! This is the greatest price ever! But can i jsut ask you one question?"
Cena: "Anything for a thugomaniac..."
Kid: "Well... you gotta triple threat match at Unleashed.... will you really be 100% by the time you get your tag title shot?"
Cena: "HA, worried bout your favourite superstar huh... well why don't you go sit back down... and i'll answer yor question before i get onto Trish's questions. Basically... i WILL be 100%, because Al Snow and Batista couldn't even make me think twice bout being in a match with them... it will just be routine. They will be my Tag Team Title warm up... good practice for a much bigger match! That is ALL that Al Snow or Batista could provide me with. SO instead of doing my little stretches before my match... i will just beat the holy hell outta two guys in a triple threat match... and retain my title. After all.. i've had this belt a LONG time, and defended it against everyone that's come my way. I've beaten some greats in this business, and i've beaten some cocky rookies as well... and i can tell you for nothing, they are MUCH easier than the legends... and what catagory do Al Snow and Batista fall into... well, i'll tell you for nothing that they are no legends... they are just newbies that showed up here, and cliam to be able to beat champions... claim to be the best... we've all see it all before... and we are all SICK of it! How many newbies come here, saying they can beat the World Champion... countless! How many ever achieve that goal... a bare minmum.I've been in thsi company for a long time... and in that time, only 2 men have held the World Title, Angelus Archer, and Josh Hanley! Now, maybe at one time they themselves were the cocky little newbies with their eyes on what they could not have... but they were able to do something about it! Unlike Al Snow and Batista. Now, these 2 are slightly better than thet Lion or Dude Nick type... in that they aren't dreaming of the top prize.. just one they still can't ever have! Because, now that i am here, the TV Title is a near impossible belt to win. I am a formidalbe champion, and i will not let anyone take this from me, not today, not tomorrow... not EVER! The only people who could beat me for it are like... Hall of Famers, former World Champions.. and even they have trouble, i mean, Wasabi is both.. and i beat him! If i can beat him... If i can step into the ring with Angelus Archer and Punisher.. and hold my own in that match... then what makes you think you can beat me! You two would run off screaming and crying, never to be seen again if you were told to wrestle the true elite of this company, then why would you 2 even dream you could stop me... you two can NEVER achieve even close to what i have here in such a little time! I have acieved greatness... i am a champion, a stalbe owner, and there is plenty more where that came from!"
Trish: "While you were speaking John... gave me an idea... why don't you tell Batista and Al why exactly you are so successful here?"
Cena: "That sounds like an idea... it's time you two both learnt about a legend knows as... The Rise of John Cena! You see guys... Al is always going on bout his EMf record.. which is now what, 3-1... well when i started here, my record was 0-2. I lost my first dark match... and my first official match. But i didn't let it get me down... coz i said to myself, my 3rd match was where it would all begin again... where my career would actually start, and where i would show the world what i am capable of! ANd that's when it began... the single greatest run from any new comer to the EMF in a long, long time... I won 8 matches in a row! THe run only got halted when Ric Flair used brass knucks to pin me... but in winning 8 matches on the bounce, it got my noticed, by superstars all over the EMF, right up to the likes of the World Champion himself. It took hell of a lot of effort from me... to win all those matches, and to finally earn my first single title shot at the TV title! EIGHT WINS IT TOOK ME!!! You gys haven't even had 8 matches... let alone won 8 in a row.. how do you think you qualify for this shot? John Cena climbed the ladder.. rung by rung, until he rached the ponit to earn this shot... but you two have just been boosted up to that point too quickly.. and i can't have that, so it is my duty to stop you climbing another one... to stop you getting even higher up! I cannot allow a man who doesn't even deserve a shot to walk out of a PPV holding a champiionship belt! It is my responsibility to see to in that no man who is undeserving EVER gets his hands on this title, and if and when i do eventually lose it... i want it to be to someone who deserves it , and whom i respect. SOmeone that after the match, i can extend my hand to, and know that they will continue on what i have begun for this title... and not let me down. I hate to say it.. but that person is neither Batista nor Al Snow! If i lost it to either of them... they would just be the most useless champion of all time! They probably wouldn't last a week.... they would lose their first defence... even if it was against someone like... Brock Lesnar... and we don't need to imagine a world where HE can be a champion now do we...! If he could win a title... then god help this company! That is why, i MUST win this match at Unleashed, and that is why i will win it! I will not see this title get thrown to any man who has not earnt it through right... and for that reason, i will give 110% come unleashed, even if somehow... someway.. it leaves me weakend for the Tag Title match, coz the way i see it... the TV Title comes first!"
Trish: "So John, what is your current opinon on the TV Title situation?"
Cena: "Well Trish... it could be worse... but not much worse! The competition just bores me... to be quite honest. 5 men went into Shockwave to do battle for 2 places... both of which earnt them a TV Title shot! FIrst off was that totally worthless triple threat match! The winner got the Extreme title shot.. the runner up a shot at my title... and the one man in that match i have any respect for the in ring talent of... was pinned! Dennis Kettleburg was, until i got to him.. the TV Champion. I pinned him 1... 2... 3! On Shockwave, to FINALLY grasp my first EMF Title. But i would have had no objections to facing him this week. He is someone worthy of a shot at this, as he went to hell and back to win the title the first time! Although i beat him, and then so did Rhyno, out of the 5 men competing on Shockwave, Dennis would have been first one i wanted to face... I'm a fighting champion, and i want to face decent opponents! But hey, i'm not gonna complain bout getting the bottom of the barrel guys again... at least it means an easy defence... another one for my record! Then there was Al Snow Vs Booker T... what either of those men did to deserve a number one contenders match i have no idea... but there they were... and Al Snow picked up a lucky win, not that facing Booker would be any better... but neither of those should be competing anyway! It is almost funny that they think they can take my title away from me... but i suppose Kettleburg probably thought the same of me before... Of course i will always be careful when my title is at steak... but this time, i feel like an easy win is on the cards!"
Trish: "Ok, some very valid points. finally before we leave for now, how do you see the match going down at Unleashed?"
Cena: "Well, i don't wanna say too much yet... but i am certain i will win, and i even know who it is i'm gonna pin to do so! I wont reveal that just yet... but that man has caught my attention... for good reasons maybe... nut that wont save him come Unleashed, coz, while i don't really care who i pin in the match, one of the two guys stands out for me to score a pinfall over. And he had better be careful.. coz he hasn't tasted anything like the FU in the EMF yet!!! When he does, he will wish he had never been born. The FU hurts... in fact, nobody has EVER kicked out of it! And mark my words... if anyone ever does... it wont be Batista or Al Snow... it is one of the most feared and most devestating moves in wrestling today! Nobody wants to be lifted up onto Cena's shoulders, and then brought back down to earth with a force such as the forct i can get behind the FU! Think of the people it beat in WWE... and think of the people it's beaten here... it is a feared name.. when you step into the ring with John Cena, you automatically are trying to avoid the FU, because you all know that the FU means defeat for whoever gets hit by it!"
Trish: "Ok, thanks for that John! We are done for now... though you guys can bet you will see us again before unleashed... we couldn't stay away and leave you all begging to see us again could we now... We couldn't let you guys down.. so we will see you all soon... in the mean time... THE CHAMPS ARE HERE!!"
(The two leave to "Baisc Thugonomics", as the corwd are left roaring with excitment.)
