(Introduction- Well it's finally over... after months of being TV Champion, Cena's reign was finally ended last week by Punisher. But the Former TV Champion is on the up. He has an upcoming Intercontinental Championship match with MDK, and is about to earn a shot at the belts he has so far tried, and narrowly failed, to win on 3 occasions... The Tag Team Championships. There are 4 men standing in his way. The first is the man he's been wating a long time to get his hands on, Dude Nick. HIs partner was FU'ed by Cena last week, Spalding. The other team have been in one competitive match between them, which Angle won against KANE! Cena is obviously confident going into this match, but with 6 men colliding in the ring, anything is possible...)
(The scene begins with Cena and Rhyno switching on their PS2 in Cena's mansion to play the latest EMF Shockwave game, with Trish watching them. As the game's trailor featuring Brick Lesnar, Road Van Toad, Y2J, and Amy finishes, they begin to discuss their upcoming match! The fans at an EMF houseshow are watching events on the Titantron.)
Cena: "Do you want to see how we do playing the triple threat tag match from the upcoming Shockwave? It can't be THAT hard, 2 great superstars like us against 4 nobodies..."
Rhyno: "HA ok, lets see... John Cena and Rhyno... team rating... 90/100! huh... where are the others???"
Cena: "Oh i forgot... they aren't good enough to make the game... oh well, lets just face DA, i mean, we will be facing them soon anyway..."
Rhyno: "Ok your on... DA, rating... 95... damn this will be tough!"
Cena: "Nah, i know this game back to front... i could beat them even if Angle and Rich made the game and i was playing as them... in fact i'm so confident, why don;t we do a promo whilst i play?"
Trish: "Ok then John.. Well as you have 4 opponents i think i just gotta ask what you think of each one..., what do you think of your opponents in the forthcoming tag match, starting with "Legend Killer Rich"?"
Cena: "All of them in one go... ok then. Well, first mans first, and that's "Legend Killer Rich". I mean, come on.. this guy is a joke right? He comes here, and in his first EVER match, hopes to score a win against the Franchise player of the EMF today? Sure i lost to Punisher, but unlike so many peope before me, when i lost my championship, it was with pride and dignity, having givern the best a run for his money. And i didn't sit round and mope about it... here i am not even a week later, getting ready for a 6 man match, and then going after 2 championships! That is something you HAVe to respect, and that is what makes me GREAT. And after ALL that, i get stuck in a match with... Legend Killer Rich... what's up with that? This kid hasn't even set foot in a ring before, and yet he's called a former WWE Champion but his buddy Kurt Angle? Kurt, you might be a former WWE Champion, and whilst i admire you giving credit to the guy you slept with for good luck before your titel matches, that doesn't make him a former champ too... it just makes him a sick son of a bitch! Rich, when you walk into my ring this Shockwave, ALL the fans in that capacity crowd will be thugomaniacs! How are you gonna cope, with NO experiance, NO fans and the toughest man in the business also in the ring with you? Remember Rich, you were SECOND BEST to me once already. Because your boyfriend Kurt Angle BEGGED me to be his partner for the Tag Title hunt, and whilst i had to tell him i wasn't interested, and would rather stick with Rhyno and the GORGEOUS Trish Stratus, the fact is, of ALL the EMF talent, he wanted me! He didn't want YOU, he didn't want Punisher, he didn't EVEN want the World Champion Angelus, he wanted ME! Of course he was dreaming, i am WAY out of his league, but it doesn't change the fact he knew talent when he saw it! But after trying desperately, he realised he had failed, and settled for you instead... Mr. "Legend Killer". It's funny coz i swear there was a man here called the Legend Killer once before... but he never really wrestled, so i didn't get a chacne to show him how a REAL legend killer fights. Coz this weekend Rich, it wont be you killing legends, it wont even be ME killing legends, it will be me doing what all great TV Champions spend their title run doing, so of course as mine just ended its second nature, and that is shutting up a bunch of hyped up newbies wo think they are Gods gift to the EMF! I probably wouldn't even waste an FU on you Rich.. your so insignificant, so wortless, i could probably finish you off with a chop... but if it came to it, and i found myself in the position, don't think i wont FU you straigh to hell, breaking EVERY bone in your body, and killing off the "Legend Killer". So many people have learnt not to mess with John Cena, and have learnt that he MEANS business in the ring, and Rich, if you think for a SECOND that you can pose a threat to me, you better start thinking again... because you are NOTHING here Rich. You walk in, without even having a Dark Match first, and think you can beat me... your pathetic. When i was TV Champ, everytime a newbie won a few matches nd began to impress, it was my job to crush them back down and stop them from climbing the ladder even more... but YOU, oyu haven't even won a SINGLE match yet, worse, you haven't BEEN in one yet! Well you couldn't get a worse debut match than me... coz i am the Doctor of Thugonomics, and believe me, when i'm finished with you, your gonna need all the Doctors in the world just to keep your little heart pumping blood into your worthless body! You will see exactly what Kurt Angle has seen from the very beggining.. that John Cena is THE best in this business currently, and that no newbie is gonna waltz in here and score any upset wins... it just doesn't happen, not to Cena! It takes something special to beat Cena, which is why so few have done it one on one. In fact i've only been beaten one-on-one on two occasions... by the 16 time former World Champion Ric Flair, and by the best the EMF has ever had, except for possibly X-Cold, Punisher! Other than those two exceptional talents, nobody has got in the ring and beaten me... but plenty have lost! I've shut up people who didn't think i would be a challenge for them, such as Wasabi and Denis Kettleburg, and I was TV Champion for a LONG time! And all that time, your only contribution to wrestling was as Kurt Angle's lucky charm! So Rich, you can continue to dream because i'm sorry to tell you, you will NOT be beating John Cena this week! Just like you wont be beating ANYONE any other week, because this match will be your first, and your last, and after it, you probably wont even be fit to help Kurt with his "pre-match activities", so Kurt Angle will suck even more than ever! Anf that, beleive me, is saying somethin! But Rich at least you get one positive out of this, you get to enter the ring to a "You Suck" chant.. never will you hear truer words in your entire life, with the exception of the words im saying to you now.. you will NEVER step out of my ring once you go in, because my ring is the one place where law has no effect, where ANYTHING and EVERYTHING goes, and where i will completely and utterly KILL YOUR CAREER, and you wont even be a legend when it dies! But don't worry bout your career man, you should never have come here in the first place... you were NEVER cut out for this industry, so i will just be doing you, and everyone else a favour by taking down the "Legend Killer"!"
Trish: "Ok then, so what do you think of Kurt Angle, is he any better than Rich???"
Cena: "HA... Kurt Angle... the biggest LOSER this federation has EVER had! He comes here with his Gold Medal from Atlanta 96 and his "Im a former WWE Champion" shit, and expects us all to respect him! In fact, he expected me to drop all my plans for EMF dominence and take him into Revolution! The days when Revolution was about me training up complete no-hopers and hoping to bring out some talent are LONG gone. NOw, i base my stable around who will bring me success, hence the two people who's Revolution careers i recently terminated! And Angle will NEVER bring me success. Angle would take so long to even be able to win matches.. that it would not be worth my time at all! Kurt Angle, quite literally.. you are SO far outside my lague that you CANT SEE ME! But come Shockwave, you most definately will, for a short time at least, immediately before I FU the hell out of your past it body and hook your leg for the win! I mean, your not my main focus, but you are a close 2nd! You were someone i had SOMe respect for when you won the Armegeddon Hell in a cell match, but towards the end of your WWE career you were a LOSER, and since you arrived here, you were EVEN WORSE! You think you can Angle Slam me or put me in the Ankle lock? Well you CANT, because i am WORLDS above you, and you will finally realise it when yu step into the ring with me, if you haven't already. I mean, as i said before, you quite literally begged me to join you! You knew that even with a handicap like you, i couldn't lose a Tag Team title match again, and you REALLY wanted to team with the Franchise! I can't say i blame you, who wouldn't team with me givern the chance... but Kurt, i told you i'd consider teaming with you if you proved your worth to me... but now it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to do that, simply because i'm gonna show you up so badly in the ring it will not be possible to EVER impress me! I thrive off givin my opponents pain, on hitting the FU on anyone that steps into the ring with me, and pinning ALL of them! So you can get in the ring, and you can TRY and impress me, after all that is why your even bothering in this fed right? Coz it cant be coz of your talent.. it must just be coz i'm here and you want to impress me, so by all means try, but unless you manage to Angle Slam me and pin me 1... 2... 3 like only 2 men, and only one of which was fairly, have managed to do in the past, you WONT be impressing me at all! You couldn't pin John Cena if you had 100 "Legend Killer Rich's" backing you up, let alone with just one! YOu will learn an important lesson in that ring, that John Cena IS who he says he is, that John Cena IS the Doctor of Thugonomics, and the BEST his company has to offer. Cena only ever promise victory when he KNOWS he will deliver it. I didn't promise victory over Punisher, because i knew he was a top athelete who could push me all the way, and give me a REAL test. But there is not one man in that ring who can do that this Shockwave, and right at the bottom of that pile is Kurt Angle! You are the lowest of the low here, and you wont be able to even last 2 minutes in the ring with me! The only thing that might save you is the fact that i have 3 other men to also be dealing with at the same time! You wanted to be in the ring with me Kurt... be careful what you wish for, coz this time.. YOU GOT IT! But it wasn't what you were expecting huh? You wanted to be teaming with the best, instead your gonna get beat by the best! You might have Olympic Gold, but who did you beat to get that Kurt? Did you beat The Rock, did you beat Angelus Archer, did you beat Pun??? NO! You beat some nobody who was from some amteur wrestling place no one has ever heard of! Yea maybe you had a broken neck... big deal! Kurt, every wrestler gets injuries, and when they do, they rest up for a bit, before making a come back! It's not my fault you were too stupid to think of that, and decided to carry on through all the pain and suffering. you remember that Kurt? Remember it well? Well you be thinking bout that whilst your listening to this, coz you have a choce, you can either back out now and not face me this week... or else you can step into MY ring and go through hell a million times worse than what you suffered in Atlanta! You can feel pain like you've never imagined before, and you can scream, you can cry, and you can throw a trademark Angle tantrum, because John Cena isn't just gonna break your neck... he's gonna break EVERY bone in your body! He's gonna make you so crippled that not only will you never wrestle again, but you will never WALK again! Kurt, you are a JOKE, and you will never amount to anything more than that! You really think your this amazing athelete with a load of talent, but realy you know what everyone else knows, that you are nothing but an ex-olimpic hero, and an All American Asshole! You think you can strut into my ring, raise your arms in the air whilst fireworks go off and whatever else, but Kurt when it comes down to it, you can walk into my ring, but you can;t walk out of it! Because Kurt, you have only EVER had ONE match here, and i hate to inform you, but you have only had ONE wrestling match in your career that counts for anything, and that was last week against KANE! Now KANE will never amount to anything her, so you had to beat him, but this is your welcoming to the real world! Because just like Rich, just like spalding and just like Dude Nick, you have not tasted what it's like to be in the ring with a REAL wrestler. You may have beaten The Rock, Stonecole, Triple H, Undertaker and Rikishi in a Hell in a Cell match to retain the WWE Championship, you may have beaten Stonecold for the WWE Championship on numerous occasions, but Kurt, ALL of those achievements were in the minor leagues kid, and this is the superbowl of World Wrestling. This is the EMF, it dosn't get any bigger than that! Your WWE accomplishments mean NOTHING here, they mean NOTHINg to these guys, coz we could all do it, thats why we were selected to wrestle here. But Kurt i got one thing i wanna ask you man. You remember at No Way Out, when you slapped the Ankle Lock on me for a full 5 minutes, and i refused to tap, what makes you think that this Shockwave your even gonna get a look in, what makes you think you can make me tap! I've never ended a match via submission, but i feel confident that i have more of a chance of making you tap than you do of making me tap to that Ankle Lock, coz Kurt, the wimps in the WWE might squirm and submit, but i'm not like them, i have NEVER tapped out, and i NEVER intend to! So that leaves you one weapon, your prescious Angle Slam! Kurt, i've been kicking out of harer moves than there here since you were still worrying bout failing to capture the WWE Champinoship again in the WWE! (A video package appears on the titantron the fans are watching events on. It shows Punisher nailing Cena with the Falcon Arrow, but Cena rolling the shoulder up on the count of 2. The video stops, and the camera's return to Cena's home.)
Cena: "You see Kurt Angle, your 2 major weapons you used for WWE success, USELESS against me! You cant pin me, and you can't make me tap! So Kurt, why don't you give up now? Save yourself from a beating! I mean, you don't even know where you are right now.. you think you are facing the Dangerous Alliance this week... when actually your are facing DX... imagine how its gonna be when i'm through with you! Once you've been nailed by an FU so hard, that you never get up from it! Once I BEAT YOU! 1... 2... 3 in the middle of my ring! I may have said your only my seconds target, but Kurt, a victory over you would be just as sweet as ne over Dude Nick, my main target. So maybe you should stay at home come Shockwave, it's a lot safer for you there... because like "Legend Killer" Rich, you have nothing on me... you can't even claim to be fit to breathe the same air as me... let alone stand in the same ring as me! It took me long enough to get you to shut up begging for me to join you, well after Shockwave, you will be PERMENANTLY shut up by the FU, and then, then you will see just what I am capable first hand, like you've never witnessed me before! Kurt Angle... watch your back kid, coz whilst i admire your taste in superstars, this week, there will be noholding back from John Cena!"
Trish: "Nicely put John. Ok next, what do you think of the lower ranked of the 2 DX members, Spalding?"
Cena: "Spalding... Spalding... Oh i know! That no good kid who got in the ring with me last week? Spalding, you are the only one of my 4 opponents this week that i've currently been in the ring with, though not in an official match.. you just decided to get involved in my TV title defence. Whilst i know you were there to screw over Punisher, I was not gonna let you go without a message to your boss! You see Spalding, you're one of the many guys in this industry, to have tasted the FU! And i know for a fact you didn't like it! I hit it, and you didn't move then for the duration of the match... wouldn't be hard for me to pick up a 3 count then would it? But Spalding, what you fail to understand is, you got in my ring, and you DISTRACTED ME! I could have retained that TV championship if you hadn't stuck your nose in! You payed the price for your actions, but i too payed the price for them, by losing my one most prized possesion. I've been with that championship for MONTHS, and you, YOU played a hand in taking it from me. But you got your punishment, this week i'm simply gonna try and hand down a bit more of one to you! Coz one way or another Spalding, you are going to learn that you do NOT, under any circumstances, mess with the Franchise.. and if you do, oyu take the FU for your troubles! But as i've always said Spalding, If you Want Some... COME GET SOME! And that's exactly what you did last week, you wanted some of Cena, and you got in his way! however Cena was too quick, too skillfull for you, and took you out like I would have done Punisher if you weren't in the way! You must have had guts to go into that match, that match will go down in history for being a WAR live on TV! Me and Punisher both wanted to KILL the others career over that championship, and it took some nerve to get in the way of it! But Spalding, you will soon be regretting those actions, when i lay you out in the ring this Shockave, just like i'm going to to Dude Nick, Kurt Angle, and "Legend Killer" Rich! it took something special, something REAL special to do what you did, but in terms os ability, your no more special than Angle or Rich, and you ill pay yhre consequences of what you did. In your short time here, you have NOT made even the slightest impact to anyone, except for having such a comical name like Spalding... you haven't beaten anyone noticeable, achieved ANYTHING, or actually... you haven't even had a match worth talking about... but Spalding, you say to me "Game's over"... last tiem i checked i wasn't Triple H, ogd if i looked like that i think i'd wanna die... but the point is Spalding, my game is FAR FROM OVER! I've already done and dusted the TV title division, i'vt the Tag Titles and the IC belt to win soon, and then later on, onwards and upwards to the World Championship. And Spalding, my chances of douing that are significantly higher than Dude Nick's, as you will see this Shockwave. You may have Dude Nick teaching you the ropes, but i my stable i AM the teacher, and my two pupils are much more successful than you! DX... HA! You know who was in DX years ago... Chyna! And look what a flop she turned out to be, recently fired by Revolution! I only accepted her in so as i could try and teach her to become a decent superstar, and coz for Revolution to take over we needed EVERY title including the Women's... but we got that much eaiser by using a FAR better wrestler, in Trish Stratus! That just goes to show what being in DX gives you... NOTHING! Being in DX makes you a LOSER, makes you unable to win a match if your life depended on it..; jave you noti ced that yet Spalding.. that you and Nick cannot win... well that streak will continue because Spalding, there is only ONE stable worth being in and that, THAT is Revolution! DX has produced some great wrestlers,such as Triple H, Shawn Michaels and X-Cold, but also has produced some shit, like X-Pac, Chyna and Spalding! And there is one other name who falls into that list, Dude Nick! But forget him for now, coz Spalding, i know i told you that my FU to you was a message to your boss, and that is the truth! As far as i'm concerned, i got no RAL problems with Rich or Angle, and my only problems with you have all been settled by that FU... leaves Nick in a not very good postion. But i get the feeling you wont let me get to Nick all that easily... and if you get in my way, your in as much danger as he is! Because what Cena wants, Cena GETS around here! Have you noticed i NEVER won a TV Championshp number one contenders match? Neither have i won an IC Number One contenders match, but i still got my shot coming up! And that's simply becasue i'm so good.. suchan asset to this company, that Mikeand the rest of the board HAVE to give me what i want. I wanted to settle the score with Nick, and as far as i'm concerned the board have delievered it to me again... but there's just one man standing in my way! YOU! If you wont let me get to your boss without a fight, i'll just have to take out you as well! And if Angle or Rich want a say, they can join the line and be taken out by John Cena as well! But when i'm said and done with you 3 school boys, i'm gonna teach Dude Nick the most valueble leson you can learn around here.. one YOu Spalding learnt last week, and will soon leanr again... that the FU HURTS! But Spalding, i no longer hold that opinion of thematch. You see, at first you were just another obstacle to be side stepped in my way to whati want... but then you did something no man should do... you ANGERED John Cena!Your trash talking to me has not gone down well, and as a rsult, you too areon my list of peope iwant to HURT this week. I know what your thinking, Cena can't take ALL 4 OF US!!But believe me, Cena can.and Cena will! You will taste bloodin your mouth, and see blood on the floor.. your blood! And by the time your done in my ring, you willwish you had never been born! Because i'm gonna beat you so bad that everytime your heart beats, another river of blood will pour from your body! If you don't believe that,just ask the people who got in the ring with Cena, NEVER to return to it! Spalding your just like all the other newbs at the end of the day.. a hyped up little kid who's challenging the big boys before he's even out done the other newbies... Yea, its fair to say we were all news once, but when i was i NEVER lost, and i NEVER let anyone mess with me! I climbed the ladder, step by step, all the way to the top, until one day, i reached out my hand, and there in it seconds later, was the TV Championship! I took the long route, and whilst not having to technically EARN my shot, i did more than enough to DESERVE it. Just like i DESERVE to be IC Champ, and just like i DESERVE to beat you! Not only you, but you and any other man that gets in my way.. because last wek, i lost for the firsttime in a LONG while, and i don't LIKE to lose! So Spalding, you can prance about to "Are you Ready" or whatever your musics called, but its gonna be when "REVOLUTION" by the legends that are Motorhead blasts out, thatthe fans will beoff their feet and screaming their lungs out, except the women who illall have passed ouat the sheer site of John Cena... and then, THEN you will see who EVERYONE'S favourite EMF superstar is, and you will see just hat you've let yourself in for! Cena: "Well... now it REALLY begins! Dude Nick, you say i never had th guts to challenge you... oh for your sake i wish it were so. The only reasn i came out and run my mouth without challenging yo is becaue i had planned vacation, and i didn't have time to fend off little flies like you. I had my chance to enter a Battle Royal to face you, but i just couldn't be bothered to out wrestle 2 respectable wrestlers like MDK and Punisher just to face you! Why? Because your not even gonna be a challenge to me! I described you as my target man, is becaus putting it lightly, your really tarting to piss me off! You don't seem to realise that you are not in the league of half the guys in the locker room, and altohugh you may have more potentialthan the other guys we are about to get in the ring with, you still wont pick up the win this week! You call me an "Eminem" wannabe, but Dude Nick, not only can i NOT STAND the guy, but wantingto be like him is not as low as wanting to be EVERY WRESTLER THAT CAME BEFORE YOU! Ho many men and women have graced DX befoe.. too many! But you two are the lowest of the lot! And you may have that prescious "AA" scar, but that doesn't mean shit to anyone! I've wreslted Angelus Archer twice, and neither time did he manage to leave a scar on me.. it's just because you are so weak you couldn't stop him! It doesn't mean you naly beat him... if you got hit by a bus and broke a leg, would that mean you nearly beat the bus? NO! Nick, your just like any other kid thattalks out of his ass and thinks he can impress people. And you say you don't fear the FU? Well that doesn't make you brave, it makes you STUPID! Coz the FU is the most feared move in this federation. If i'd hit it on Pun last week,instead of wasting it on Spalding, i'd be standing here as champ right now.. but i'm not one to dwell on my defeats, so i may have got it wrong last week, but this week, i WILL get it right, and the man on the recieving end will be.. YOU! And then you have Christy Hemme... the newest member of DX? Man, she's been in playboy.. she's been round more waists than a leather belt, and you know it! She''s only with you now because she's been through everyone else in turn. And Nick.. you got excited by a hug? HA, what you dont see is i'm the biggst hit with the ladies in the EMF today! Anyone remember a little poll i did back in my early days? It showed that EVERY female fan in the building thatnight would have slept with John Cena givern the chance, and alf of them were married! In fact, one of them was my girlfriend for a time, until i met the gorgeous Trish Stratus.. and believe me, if i was excited by a hug from her... i'd be passed out over what happened last night between us! BUt Nick this isn't about women, unless Christy and Trish wanna continue the DX Vs Revolution feud after your career is ended by me... but this match is all about the men of the stables. But i iwll say one thing, Christy Hemme is certainly an improvement from Miss Mae Young you had since you came here. But moving up is not something you will achieve in the ring with me! coz once i nail the FU, you will be left in a state of sheer jelousy, because i'll have the Title Shot, the IC Title shot, the better stable, and the hotter woman! I'lll have everything you want, and you'll be left with absolutely nothing! You will be willing to offer me your life to live as John Cena for 5 seconds, coz you will realise that i am everything you dream of being. But Nick, that all stems from having one thing... sheer class! Not only a class in terms of ability and looks, but class in sportsmanship as well. Remember i extended my hand to Punisher after he took my championship from me? He may have refused to shake it, but that doesn't make the blindest bit of difference. Nick, you are simply a joke to me! You have nothing, and i have it all. And when we step into hte ring, i'll have another thing you don't, an alive wrestling career! YOu will not be able to beat me, not now, not ever! And one day, like everyone else below me, you'll quit this federation, your one regret will be not EVER beating me and making that final jump towards greatness. I have reached it in my months here, but you will not be able to, because this week, i will make sure your carer can never reach that stage. And then as soon as my shot is givern to me, i will achieve what is your only major achievement here, when i beat MDK! However I will go one step further, and do it when the Championship is on the line! YOu, like every other man who is gonna be in the ring not representing Revolution this week, says they have no respect for me. So this week, i have to go out there and EARN your respect and the respect of everyone else. The fans respect me, the veterans in the back respect my potential, but the newbies always seem to cme here and think they can beat me.. and say they have no respect for me... Well Nick, this is our first meeting in the ring, and it will probably not be our last, but after this one, you will be hoping it is! I ill beat you to within an inch of your insignificant life, and then let you recover slightly.. before FU'ing out of you what is left! Nick, you ARE my target this week, Not Rich, Not the all american asshole, not even that interfering little Spalding... i want to pin YOU and send you a message you will never forget! You are one of the cockiest little bastards this federation has to offer, and it is my duty as your first real challenger to SHUT YOU UP! Once you lose to me, you will realise your not the all mighty Dude Nick... your just a newbie that pissed off a hell of a lot of people and got some big names wating to come out and kick his arse. YOu then scored one VERY lucky and very helped win over MDK, but lost the rematch, before getting your arse kicked by Archer. YOu will learn a lesson here Nick, there are two groups of superstars in the EMF. the first group is for people like Spalding, Rich and Angle. The second is graced by names such as Angelus Archer, Punisher and The Rock. The difference is, one group will always win their matches, unless facing someone else from the higher group, or EXTREMELY unlucky. But us Nick, well you fall into the lower group, for people who struggle to pick up any wins, and whose careers show very little sign of going anywhere.
