(The scene re-opens to show John Cena, Rhyno and Trish Stratus shown in the Revolution locker room again. It has been 2 days since they were last seen, and the match between Cena and Punisher is now extremely close!)
Cena: "Well guys, tomorrow is the big Match... Me defending my Championship against Punisher, and Rhyno defending against Denis, who remember, i beat for this title... AGES ago!"
Rhyno: "Actually champ, that match has been cancelled, so it's just you in action tomorrow!"
Cena: "Really, thats PERFECT! It gives you a chance to be involved in my match if i need you! But i wont anyway, coz i've got Punisher DONE! He's more beat then he'll ever know, coz he is CLEARLY expecting a walk over tomorrow, he doesn't know what a force John Cena REALLY is!"
Trish: "Shouldn't we go to the ring and hold another interveiw like we did the other day?"
Cena: "Nah i'm dead bored of that... why don't we do sometihng fun, like going to a bar and having some drinks, though obviously not too much coz we got a hard task ahead of us tomorrow night!"
Rhyno: "Yeah that sounds good, i could do with a break from all this, lets go!"
(The scene closes temporarily, and re-opens about 1/2 hour later in Cena's local bar!)
Cena: (To the pubs landlord) "Hey, 2 beers and a Vodka Orange when your ready"
Landlord: "JOHN!!! YOu didn't tell me you were back man!!! How was Africa???"
Cena: "Ha sorry i forgot about that... yea it was great, i thnk it really improved my wrestling ability... they do it differently out there.. but i learnt a lot! Hopefully something i can use in the ring against Punisher at Shockwave!"
Landlord: "Oh you got Pun this week... tough break man, he's world class! But the thing is, if you lose, it wont look right... you 3 are meant to each hold a championship... when YOU of all people John, It just wont be right!"
Cena: "Don't worry bout that, coz i wont be losing any championships anytime soon... Punisher knows he can't beat me, and NEVER will!"
Landlord: "Well if anyone can beat him, it's you Cena! Anyway your drinks... the usual i presume?"
Cena: "You presume that coz i jut told you... but yea the usual, can you bring it to that table over there? Ok cheers, how much wil that be?"
Landlord: "Their on the house John, to celebrate your return! God how we've missed you around here! Can i ask, where is Freddy though?"
Cena: "God do you not watch my house shows... he has "temporarily" left us. nyway nice tlaking to you, but i gotta get on with another promo for Pun"
Landlord: "Ok John, i'll let you get on, and i'll bring the drinks over in a sec."
Cena: "Ok cheers, (sits down), so Trish, you got any new questions for me today?"
Trish: "A couple i think. Ok firstly, in previous Tag Team matches your strategy has been to have Rhyno pop up and hit the Gore if things look bad... will you be asking him to do that again this week?"
Cena: "Well obviously Rhyno isn't ACTUALLY in the match this week, but it is his duty to make sure if things look bad, i still come out of there with the Title! This is something i feel confident he will be able to achieve! If things are going badly for me, i'm sure you will be there, even if it gets my disqualified... right Rhyno?"
Rhyno: "Yea, of course i can champ! Revolution wont mind the DQ, as long as we keep what is OURS!"
Cena: "Just as long as we are clear... i don't WANT to win like that, but i also wont MIND if i do. Anyway, down to more serious questions... preferably bout me and Punisher..."
Trish: "Ok sorry John, ok, what do you think of Punisher's achievements in the TV Title division so far?"
Cena: "Well obviously they aren't as good as mine.... he's had one match, an EASY number one contenders match, and although he won it, a performance like THAT wont help him beat ME! I'm the best Superstar this fed has EVER seen, and some people could do with learning that sometimes! Never has a superstar climbed the ranks as quickly as the legendary John Cena, who has recieved World Wide praise from his fans ALL over the world, and more importantly, a HELL of a lot of praise from the locker room! I am amongst the greatest names EVER to have held the Television Championship, and i will go down in HISTORY as one of the greatest champions of them ALL. Why? Because of my dedication to this championship, something Punisher knows NOTHING about. I mean come on... he DROPPED the Extreme Championship like a peice of Trash, simply coz he had bigger fish to attempt but fail miserably to fry. People like ME! Punisher could be right up there fighting in the World Division, only, he has beaten all those guys several times... there is one man he hasn't beaten one-on-one and that is Cena! And he's afraid that FINALLY the great Pun has met his match, well guess what Pun... that much is CERTAINLY true. I WILL prove a match for you, and I will beat you, jsut as i've beaten so many before you. And yeah your career may be longer and more glorified and successful, but you forget too easily Punisher, Cena is the future of this Company! That is what Revolution is all about. It's ALL about the future. I mean just look at us now, all noobies on some level, but ALL holding EMF Champinoship Gold, you have GOT to be impressed by that Pun! Everyone doubted Revolution would be a success... but just look at us now! The most successful stable in quite some time! Punisher, recently, i've been the top gun in this fed, starting the MOST successful stable, and holding this Championship for MONTHS now! I am the future, you young bright star who won day is destined to sit besides you, and a lot of others, immortalised forever in the EMF Hall of Fame! You know it will come, the whole WORLD knows it will come, you just denying it now to feel better about having to face off against me! The truth is Pun you are scared, scared of losing ALL the respect anyone has of you by stepping into the ring with me and getting your ass kicked around like you have done to so many superstars all the time! Now, there are a great number of noobs around here you can lure into the Hell in a Cell and kick the shit out of, but John Cena is not someone you will go messing with and live to talk about it in a gaybar with Darter afterwards! Cena is someone who when messed with, turns angry and when angry, destroys people. Remind you of someone Punisher? It should, coz you have created what i am today, but you didn't EVER think what you created would ever become a threat to you, well guess what, i'm not just a threat, i'm your worst enemy, becuase i've got what you haven't! THe TV Championship! And come this time next week, next month, next year, i'll STILL have what you've never had, coz I am simply UNBEATABLE! Anyone, and i mean ANYONE who has ever lost to Punisher beware, because Cena is NOT Punisher, he is the improved version of the Punisher! He was taught by him all those years ago, moulded if you will, but he became something Bigger and something BETTER! He became something that when people looked at him and look at Big Pun they thought to themselves... how did we ever survive with just THAT... how did we survive before Cena came along! Punisher, you were the first perso here to spot my potential, and for that i am forever thankful, but i set out tonight to teach you a lesson, and that is NEVER train a pupil unless you have accomplished everything you want... like being a grandslam champion, because it will jsut come back and bite you in the ass! Bet you are regretting it now Pun... bet you wish you had left me to get where i am by myself, rather than allwing me to overtake you in the pecking order around here! The fans, the board, the superstars, they KNOW i am the future of this Federation, and you have already done all you can. So Punisher, when you step into the ring with me, you will be, not only missing out on the TV Championship, but you will be doing the one thing you NEVER wanted to do, you will be passing the torch! You will be passing it down to John Cena, coz you will FINALLY realise that it is Cena's time to shine, and that the only light left for you, is the light at the end of that long dark tunnel that was your career! You will have a lot of memories to look back on Pun, but ultimately, your career will be over when i beat you, bescause the ENTIRE World will begin to look at ho John Cena is evolving through the ranks, and they ill no longer can bout their washed up, has been ex-torch bearer, all the talk will be about the Franchise, the Doctor of Thugonomics.. JOHN CENA!"
Trish: "Well that certainly sorts that one out... one final question, what will you do after you beat Pun?"
Cena: "When the championship is handed to me by the referee after the FU and the 1... 2... 3! Count, I will reamin in the ring until Punisher hobbles up, and i will offer him my hand, that's the extent of my sportmanship and my respect for the man. If somehow he deeated me, I would hope he would do the same, just to show that 2 great atheletes have clashed in the ring, and that their is a neutral respect between them. I hope that by no i have earnt the respect of Pun, though if beating him is what it takes then so be it. I would love it if i came out of Shockwave with the TV Championship around my waist still, and i still remain confident that i will, but if i don't, i am extremely confident that Punisher will be a worthy competor to take my place, IF he treats this title with the respect it deserves. Punisher has had great title runs in the past, maybe he has another just ahead of him, but one thing is for cetain... BOTH of us will be sent to hell and back in that ring, and ONE of us will be victorious! I have loved every second of being your TV Champion, and i am sure there will be a lot longer left for me to enjoy it, but if by some fluke, some insane moment, my Championship is taken from me, i can't think of a better competiter to take it the Punisher. He's been a great athelete down the years, and could be for years to come, that is, if he didn't have to face Cena! Coz while there is a chance he could survive me, the likelehood of the situation is that i will be ENDING his career at Shockwave, and that he will have no one to blame but himself, for he will finally see... his one singles greatest achievement, was CREATING ME! WORD LIFE!"
(Cena is seen smiling, and raising his beer glass, as in he is doing a toast to the camera. Then the scene fades out, and the crowd are left to think about what has just been said by their TV Champion!)
