(Introduction- In just a few short days Jackie Gayda will go one on one with EMF Women's Champion Trish Stratus. The match is only the 2nd of Jackie's career, after she beat the 9th wonder of the world Chyna to become number one contender. As the EMF adverts for the match begin, Frmer Intercontinental and TV Champion John Cena is shown behing Jackie, where as former Extreme title holder Rhyno is shown behind Trish. The 2 were once best friends, but when Cena formed the Elite along with Punisher and Barbwire Chris, that was long forgotten. Now the two heated rivals will each be behind a girl coming into this match.. but Cena being Cena, he is looking to change all that.. and that's where this scene opens.)

(The scene opens. John Cena is shown walking out of an office marked "Prez Mike". He doesn't look happy. He walks down a narow corridor, and soon comes to his own locker room. He goes inside, but to his surprise someone is already there. That someone is his girlfriend of just under one year Jackie Gayda. She is siting on a sofa,as if waiting for him. He addresses her as he enters.)
Cena: "Hey honey, I wasn't expecting you... how'd it go with Paul?"
Jackie: "It was a no go.. all I got was some snobby bitcch who said "The CEO has a lot bigger and more important clients to deal with than you Jackie.. please remove yourself from this office before security is called".. what a bitch, wish I could show her what for..."
Cena: "God that sucks, I had no more luck with Mike, obviously I met him, I mean nobody around here can say John Cena isn't important.. But he wouldn't listen to my request.. he siad if I was allowed at ringside, then so was Rhyno. Aparantly it also adds to the build up of the match.. if mine and Rhyno's rivalry is there to build upon as well. Prez Mike will regret the day he said no to John Cena you mark my words..."
Jackie: "but what can we do.. they were our only 2 options and now we have none.. it looks like your just gonna have to kick Rhyno's ass out there to ensure I can retain the title.."
Cena: "There is... One more option.. besides Mike and Heyman.."
Jackie: "Really.. who?"
Cena: "promise you wont totally screw at me for suggesting this.. but we could always ask the Vice President.."
Jackie: "HA, your joking right.. ask Amy.. why would she ever help us.."
Cena: "Hey maybe you got a problem with her.. but she don't got no problem with me. I can go in there and ask her.. and i'm bettin she'll help me out, after all i'm the franchise honey, i'm the one ALL the ladies want.. and she wont be able to resist cena, just like all the others can't! She'll give me what I want.. but she wont be gettin what she wants out of it believe you me!"
Jackie: "well you can try it if you think it'll help.. but I doubt she'll understand and i doubt she'll care.."
Cena: "Just leave it to me hun.. Amy Dumas will crumble just like all the rest.."
(So Cena leaves his locker room, and walks the way he went to the exit before Jackie's match with Chyna. Just as before, he comes to outside the VP's office. He clears his throat, and then gives 2 clear knocks on the door. There is no reply. He tries again.. still nothing. Then he decides to just try the door, and sure enough it swings open. He enters Amy's large office. He walks in, and the first thinng he notices in the picture of Amy and Jericho that his stable mate Punisher saw before Whiplash. He smirks at this, then moves it aside and sits on Amy's desk, staring at the door, as if that would make Amy appear magically. It does not. Cena waits and waits, and is just about to give up. He stands up and moves towards it, but as he stretches for the handle, it opens from the other side and in walks Vice President Amy Dumas. She looks shocked to see Cena standing there, but begins the conversation.)
Amy Dumas: "Well if it isn't Elite member John Cena.. Mike told me I might be hearing from you sometime soon.. though he faild to mention what it could be about.So i'll guess, shall I.. I mean, after all, I was right when your friend, Punisher, so rudely barged in here the other week. So.. my guess would be.. you want a rematch with Wes Ikeda for the Intercontinental Championship right? Well I hate to tell you John, but the champ..."
Cena: "Wrong Miss Dumas... fuck the IC title, I only won it to shut De Kreek up in the first place. No what I want is not a match.. rather an alteration to one that you've already signed.."
Amy Dumas: "Correct me if i'm wrong Cena.. but I do not recall booking you in any matches whatsoever recently.. I don't beleive you have one coming up.. and also do not swear in the presence of the Vice President.. it wont win you any favour!"
Cena: "Whatever babes, i'll get to my point shall I.."
Amy Dumas: "Before you forget Mr Cena.. i'm in a relationship with Chris Jericho.. a man whos EMF career is more successful than yours without trying.. and a man i beleive could beat you around the ring any day.. so before you try and win me over with cheap names like that, just remember that, ok?"
Cena: "And just you remember who runs this show.. The Elite run the show, and if loverboy wants to come and try and sort out Cena.. he has BC and Pun to deal with to! Now I will get to my point.. I want Rhyon barred from ringside for the Women's championship match at shockwave! Now I know what your thinking.. if i'm allowed at ringside why shouldn't Rhyno be, but the thing is babes he isn't a psychotic son of a bitch like John Cena can be.. especially when his girlfriends safety is at risk. If Rhyno so much layed a hand on Jackie.. I could not be responsible for my actions out there. You saw what i did to Trish.. what do you think i'll do to him?"
Amy Dumas: "Your not a smart man are you John.. or you would have quit calling me that after one warning.. but whatever i'll ignore it. But what your asking is out of the question. I mean, if Mike had agreed to remove him I could see it, but what concern is it of mine if Rhyno's there or he isn't.. it just doesn't matter to me."
Cena: "So the safety of your superstars is not your concern? Amy i can assure you if Rhyno so muh as lays a finger on Jackie.. me and my trusty sledgehammer might just meet him! That's right I said sledgehammer (Cena pulls a sledgehammer out of a bag he was carrying)! Since i lost ANgelus's shank.. I thought i'd better replace it. Some of the greatest superstars of all time have used a sledgehammer well... Triple H for example.. but now it's my turn.. my turn to raise fear throughout the EMF with this.. and to make sure I get my own way with everything using it! I don;t care who gets hurt by it... Rhyno... Trish... anyone else that tries to get in my way.. coz Amy, you and the whole federation will learn.. Cena get's what he wants.. or things get ugly!"
Amy Dumas: "Are you threatening me John.. coz believe me you don't want to be!"
Cena: "Oh I wouldn't dream of it babes.. just do as Cena asks.. and we'll have no trouble.."
Amy Dumas: "Believe me John.. I do not feel threatened, I see you rather as a pain in the ass than a threat.. but you do have a point. The safety of EMF superstars rests with me.. and i'm in no position to put one in obvious dnager. So, i suppose I have no option but to say.."
(just as she is about to make the decision, Jackie walks in, sees the 2 of them, and asks the question she's been wondering for a while.. It would seem Amy is just about to make the cecision to bar BOTH Cena and Rhyno from ringside, but Cena failing to notice this believes she is giving in to him.. which of course is not true.)
Jackie: "What is taking so long.. I thought you were just gonna make your point and get an answer.."
Cena: "Sorry Jackie... Amy was just about to agree to bar Rhyno from our match.."
Amy: "Well John.. One of your points made so far has been absolutely correct.. the safety of my EMF superstars is vry much at risk.. especially if I let you go tearing off with a sledgehamer! I mean, we all know what happened when Evolution were allowed to do that.. so what I was about to announce to you.. before we were interupted by your grilfriend John.. was that NEITHER man would be allowed to accompany thier women to ringside for this match. However.. in light of Jackie showing up.. it reminded me of something. Not only is there the possibility that Cena could just show up half way through the match and get to Trish anyway.. but also.. Rhyno and Trish don't have ANYONE else that gives a damn abou them.. where as you have built yourself quite a bit of cover.. I mean, what's to stop Punisher or BC getting involved on your behalf.. so it looks like my final decision has to be.. that NEITHER man will be barred from accompanying thier divas to ringside this week! Now if you don't mind both of you.. i'm a very busy woman, would you please both remove yourselves from my office."
Cena: "You are gonna regret this Dumas.. not only have you crossed Punisher.. made him go into a triple threat.. but now you've crossed Cena.. but even worse for you.. you've crossed Jackie! And if one stable can break the Vice Presidents leg using a sledgehammer.. especially such a weak stable as Evolution.. then I hate to think what the Elite could do if you continue to cross their path like this..."
(Cena raises his sledgehammer up a bit. There is no anger in his eyes, it's like he's just playing about with Amy. Sure enough, his objecctive is complete, when Amy flinches back, and falls against her desk, clinging to it as if it will save her. Cena gives and evil laugh, and looks to mess with her some more, by swinging the hammer and narrowly missing her. However, as he tries to do this, the top of the hammer is grabbed by a hand. Cena firstly thinks its Jackie, as she's the only other person in the room.. to his knowledge. However he soon realises that Jackie would not do that, and also out of the corner of his eye, see's her standing a safe distance. He turns round and comes face to face with none other than Y2J Chris Jericho! The 2 stare at eachother long and hard, breathing deeper and deeper with a look of burning anger in their eyes. The stare down continues for a few moments, with both men still grasping Cena's sledgehammer. After what seems like forever, Cena breaks the silence!)
Cena: "Taken up stealing have we Jericho.. or are you gonna give back my hammer?"
Y2J Chris Jericho: "Hit the bricks Junior.. before you find this hammer lodged so far up your ass that you and Jackie wont be having any more "activities..""
(He stares at Jericho some more, as if he really wants to hurt him.. then jericho thrusts the sledgehammer hard into Cena's chest, but it has no effect on John. They continue the stare for a while.. before Cena says..)
Cena: "Come on Jackie.. we're leaving."
(Cena pushes Jericho to one side, and walks through the door. Jackie follows quickly, with Amy still looking scared and Jericho fuming with anger. Jackie goes to close the door behind her but Jericho stops her and shouts..)
Jericho: "And if you ever threaten Amy again.. i'll beat you into the ground ass clown!"
(Cena leaves looking pissed. Jericho is seen going over to comfort Amy, as the door closes. Cena takes a different turning to what people expected.. and instead heads to a bigger locker room marked "The Elite." He opens the door and storms inside. He goes to the locker marked john Cena and opens it. He looks through his things, and then carefully places his Sledgehammer inside, before locking it. It had a security code on it to prevent theft like he had form Angelus not long ago. He's about to leave when a voice says from a dark corner of the room..)
Man: "Not leaving so soon are we..."
(Cena spins round, as none other than The Punisher himself steps out of the corner. He has his TV Title belt over his right shoulder, and a drink in his left hand. He gives Cena a look almost like a smile as he steps out.)
Punisher: ""Well.. well, if it isn't John Cena.. come on John take a seat.. grab a drink whatever.. just stay and talk to Pun."
Cena: "Pun I should be going really.. I got things to be going.."
Punisher: "But what could be more important to you than getting to know one of your new stable mates. Well one of them at least. Your staying John and we are going to talk.. unless of course you'd rather do this some other time.. I dunno, go to a strip club or something and discuss it then.. real man stuff you know?"
Cena: "Are you forgetting i'm in a long term relationship Pun.. I can't do things like that.."
Punisher: "Well, well she does have you trained doesn't she.. it's a weakness John.. lose it. I'm not saying lose the woman.. just lose the weakness. Don't attend to her every need.. do what makes YOU happy. After all.. you aren't in the greatest stable in the EMF's history for nothing! Where is this girl anyway?"
Cena: "She's right outside.. that's why I should be going.."
Punisher: "send her in.. let her meet the Punisher.."
(Cena goes to the door, and signals for Jackie to enter, before closing the door behind them.)
Cena: "Do you want a drink or anything Jackie.."
Punisher: "If jackie wants a drink i'm sure she'd ask for it.. isn't that right Miss Gayda?"
(Jackie looks intimidated by The Punisher.. and declines to answer him. She signals to Cena she wants her usual, so Cena pours her out a Vodka with ornage and himself a Whiskey from the Elite's bar. Then he sits down next to Jackie (who had sat at the table) and Pun sits opposite them.)
Punisher: "No need to be intimidated Miss Gayda.. you're dating an Elite member.. that makes us almost family.. i'm sure in time you'll leanr i'm only as scary as i appear in my promos when your on my bad side.. and you, are not as yet on that list."
Cena: "And the day she is on that list is the day you get an ass kicking like you've never felt before courtesy of the franchise.. understand?"
Punisher: "John.. John.. we are all friends here. There's no needs to be making threats like that.. besides.. the only time we ever faced off one on one.. I walked away with this.. *places TV Title on the table* but that's all in history. Before you were in that wannabie stable Revolution.. the one that no matter how many times I creamed, always came back for another stab at Big Pun. But John.. for many months we knew this day was coming. We knew one day we'd be sitting here having a drink and talking about how dominant a team the Elite were gonna make and here we are. So now we put all the past behind us and we work from here. And Miss Gayda.. you will not be intimidated because any friend of John's.. is a friend of the elites. Well, with one exception of course.. but we will get to him later. For now, officially Cena I want to call a truce, no more talknig about Revolution Vs the Dangerous Alliance.. because both of those teams are DEAD! From now it's all about the Elite.. are we clear?"
Cena: "We're clear Pun.. I guess I should apologise for snapping.. but I just had a not so nice meeting with the Vice President and her boyfriend Jericho.."
Punisher: "Oh you did did you.. now there is an example of two people a HATE. I hate them like I hate Dartar's taste in music.. God damn that Ricky Martin.. but my question is why would you want to go for a meeting with those 2 "ass clowns""
Cena: "I was looknig to get Rhyno barred from ringside for the Women's title match.. no such luck though. Then Jericho comes at me all guns blazing.. just coz I toyed around with his bitch a bit with my sledgehammer..."
Punisher: "Toyed around with? Must have been funny to watch.. but had it been me I would have smashed her in with the damn thing! But not to worry.. so she wouldn't take the Hunchback out of the match.. not to worry, we can deal with that. We can also.. sort out Jericho and Amy with time. Shouldn't prove too difficult.. They and the rest oif the EMF will learn who calls the shots around here.. who runs the show.. WE DO John.. and you make sure nobody forgets it!"
Cena: "Don't tell me what to do Pun.. but your right, I will make sure people know we rule this place! But Pun, me and Jackie have got a meeting to get to in an hour.. so we'd better be of.."
Punisher: "Stay for a while longer.. there's somethng I want to run past you both.."
(Punisher pulls out a packet of cigerettes and takes one and lights it. He then offers the box to Jackie, who shakes her head. Then he offers them to John.)
Cena: "No thank you.. I used to smoke that very brand.. but I gave them up for Jackie.. i'll stear clear, if you don't mind."
Punisher: "Suit yourself man.. I just want to ask you.. how do you plan to get revenge on those who pissed you off today.. Amy and Jericho?"
Cena: "I'm gonna let it go man.. it's no big deal.. if it happens again, i'll be sure to teach them both a lesson."
Punisher: "Wrong answer.. you give no second chances. Now.. as for Jericho.. i've got a score to settle with him myself.. but Amy Dumas.. I think a good way to piss her off would be if Jackie here were to capture the title.. after she rushed in to save Trish from being beat down last week.. and threw you around a bit Jackie.. I thik that would really piss off our vice president.. so i'll be sitting here.. watching your match, and hoping you can claim that title, just to see the look on Amy's face when it's done!"
Jackie: "Thank you Punisher.. your support really means a lot to me.."
Punisher: "See i'm not that hard to talk to.. now if you've got somewhere you ned to be i'll let you be on your.. *offers his hand to Cena* good luck with whatever it is your doing.."
(Cena shaes hands with the Punisher, and they stand up to leave. Jackie heads over to the door, with Cena behind her and Pun following.. the reason why becomes clear when Jackie leaves the room and Punisher pulls Cena back and whispers to him..)
Punisher: "Take this card.. it's my local strip club.. it's only bout 10 minute drive from your place.. you'll find it easy enough. This is your chance to prove that this stable is more to you than that barbie doll you got out there.. meet me and BC there at 11.30.. take Jackie for an early night.. wear her out if you have to.. make sure she's asleep and then come.. and DONT be late! Understand me?"
(Jackie is still walking, without realising Cena is not behind her, Cena respomds to the Punisher noticing she's gone.)
Cena: "Yea I got it.. and don't you worry.. this stable is my life."
Punisher: "Glad to hear it.. also *throws Cena his empty cigerette box*, pick upa couple packs of these before you come.. I may want to steal some off you.. and as of now, you smoke them again."
(Cena gives Pun a look to say he understands.. and the door closes. Cena hurries to catch up to Jackie and the scene fades. It opens briefly again at 11.10 that night. Cena is shown getting out of bed with Jackie asleep in it. He goes downstairs and to a small locked door. Obviously Jackie has never found this room, because Cena produces a key from his pocket and opens it. When he walks inside, it is packed full of cigerettes, the brand him and Punisher smoke, along with other things Jackie would not approve of.. including magazines etc. He picks up 3 boxes of cigerettes, before carefully locking the door behing him.)
Cena: "Ha.. now i'm glad yo all see John Cena isn't the perfect boyfriend he's cracked up to be.. oh well, time to go meet the guys.."
(Cena leaves through the door and climbs into his BMW. He drives off into the night, with Jackie still sound asleep in bed.)
