My nursery school class had fun with Travelling Kid Koala last week! Our children visited several countries to help them understand that Kid Koala was from another country. He then �travelled� around Pittsburgh to see our sights. Some of the places he visited was Kennywood our local amusement park, the sports stadiums�Heinz Field (football), PNC Park (baseball), and Mellon Arena (hockey). He also went to the �Point� where our 3 rivers meet. The rivers are the Allegheny, Ohio, and Monongahela, The last place he visited was the �incline� which is a train car that goes up the side of Mt. Washington. It gives a great view of the Point and the city as you travel up or down the mountain.
