| We are students at 25 School in Rochester New York in the United States of America. We discovered that our school is a fun and exciting place to learn.
I�m 8 years old at 25 School in third grade. My teachers are ladies. I went on Goodmen Street outside of our school. I saw cars, a bus and a truck. I like this school. There are seven girls doing a good job in class. When the timer went off they all put away their stuff. The teacher was glad to see them doing a good job. |
| There was a teacher named Mr Melendez. He was teaching a class when I went to the gym. I saw boys and girls playing football. The gym was big and wide.
When I went outside I saw pigeons on the roof. When I look at the clouds it turned blue and white. When the light turned red I heard the motor on the truck. I visited the office and this is what we discovered. The office is a cool place to be because there is a principal named Mr. Smith, an office, mailboxes, Mr. Smith talking on the phone, desks, also fish, gum machines, teachers and people. The office is a busy place. I was on Goodman St. I see a cat and a dog. I see a school bus and a cop car. I see a car. When the timer went off is was quiet. The kids were learning. They had a lot of computers, games and a lot of teachers in their room. At the office there is a phone. People were talking in Mr. Smith�s office. There was the copier copying paper. There was coffee in the office. There are three counters in our office. The clock is clicking. There was different books in the office. There was a flag in our office. People are working on the desk. There are pictures on the desk. There are people coming in to get their mail. There is stuff in the closet. There are folders in the office. In our classroom we�ve got eight girls and seventeen boys. I saw some kids playing football and shooting the ball and catching it. I found out the office was a busy place. There were teachers conferencing, flags standing in place, visitors that were coming in. It is a cool place to be. People were checking their mail and people were coming in. In the office there was people talking. I visited the 5th grade class and they were being quiet. They were working hard and using kind words to each other in the room and doing a good job. Kids are learning to read. I saw kids writing in the library. I visited the library and this is what I found. The Librarian�s name is Miss Hoixe. In the library kids are listening to Miss Hoxie give directions. Kids were on computers and the library is full of books. There were 2 teachers coming in the library. There was a TV and chairs and tables and it was cool. I see boys playing football and girls cheerleading. I see sicks on their side during flag football. I see pictures on the curtain. When the teacher came � no noise. I like it when it was quiet. When the teacher came they were lining up. I went to a Grade 5 class and when I walked in the class I saw them writing. They were writing about Halloween costumes. When the timer went off the kids put their papers in their desks. I visited a 5th Grade class and they write a lot. They have a basketball hoop and they have lots of computers to use. In the library we have books. The teacher in the library is Miss Hoxic. She reads books to the kids. More on next page |
