“Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis of Myo-Electric Stress in Aquatic Animals for Watershed Management”.

·        Non-Invasive electrodes were used for detecting the bioelectric action potentials generated by muscle/nerve activities of the aquatic animals.

·        Designed, Tested, and Simulated the Signal Conditioning Boards used for biomonitoring using Tanner Research's T-Spice, L-Edit, and S-Edit Software.

·        Configured the Data Acquisition Boards to monitor multi-species aquatic animals, using Keithley's DAS-802 and EXP-16 boards.

·        Processed the signals using Advanced Signal Processing Techniques, like FFT and Wavelet Transforms.

·        Classified the signals using Statistical and Artificial Neural Network Techniques.

·        Automated the entire biomonitoring process using the Matlab-HTML-Java interface.
