Silence By: M14Mouse

This is in honor to all the victims of terrorism.

Silence
as the flames creep from cement graves.
as the rain of metal pour from the heavens.
as simple object become a ball of fire
in depth, darken landscape.

As we watches,
In horror
In shock
In silence.

In a moment of silence,
We wish, we could say those precious words
or give back those moments of survive.
In silence, those souls now fly on birds' wings travel to
their maker.

In silence, we pray those survive chose to live.
In silence, we rage.
Why!
Why did this happen?
Why did it happen to them?
Why did this happen to my friend, mother, father, or sister?
Why did this happen to my brother, uncle, aunt, niece, or uncle?
Why did this happen to my grandmother, grandfather, cousin, or nephew?
Or to this complete stranger?

In silence, we grieve for our innocence lost or the fallen.
In silence, we look to the sky.

A scream broken silence.
In shatter pieces
