Failure and Success

I am a failure.
I have fail so many time in my life.
I have failed to win
or play by the rules.
I have failed to listen
or to speak up.
I have failed to keep my mouth shut
or keep out of trouble.
I have failed to get the job done
or begin the job.

So, what?
But I must have successes somewhere.
I must have done something right.
To get this far.
So, I pat myself on the back.
And go on.
Because they are still rules to follow, tests to pass,
people to listen to, trouble to keep out of, trouble
to keep out of, and jobs to get done.
So, I must go on.
To Failure and Success.
