there is no better moment than being on the dance floor. high, not high, whatever. & until you have that moment, you will always be a casual bystander. but once you get that sensation, you'll know that it's for you. -amanda nowinski

everyone's
leaving
from home to the unkown
two steps away and out they go
to the
real world
unknown
and alien
yet forced to go
leaving behind the comforts
of the bed, the
four walls
that will always be home
the mother's smile
the father's alarmed
glare
friends down for wutever
the darling girl-
out they go, and please
exit
through that door
even
you, you who were:
the apple of hs eye
the light in his life
his joy
and his pride
you too, must go
it
is times like these
that makes it so hard to say goodbye
it is why we cry
at night
fearful of the unknown
these
times...
a time of regret
for all that could-have/
should-have been done
for
the mistakes made
by fools overcome
with their sense of "manhood"
remorse
for wut was left unsaid
promises unkept.
life sucks
