Apparently the Emperor used to come here to "vacation" in the summer. It's only about 37 degrees or so, here whereas it might be oh, say, 39 degrees back at the Forbidden City.

On a slow boat to China eh? Ha. Ha. You've probably heard that one already. Looks like you are having a great time and seeing lots of interesting places.
I am leaving tomorrow for NB for the Irish Festival this weekend, then PEI and the Cabot Trial in NS. I'll be back the long weekend of Aug.
